College Oaks Mobile Home & RV Park — Attraction in Citrus Heights

The only thing worse than this park is probably prison, Infested with cockroaches bugs , Beetles you name it its here. He does not care if you break the law because no concern for whether you have heat in the Winter or air in the summer. I have coals on my walls have opposed the been repaired but never finished painted nor texture have holes that were repaired but never sealed so they're buckled in their mode again I have windowsills minute kitchen that are so rotted that if you push on on your hand can go closer to the wall if you tap on on black mold spores pop out. Flores and eason and at 1 time had holes in it that you could fall through it had toilet problem so bad that there was fecal matter under my house 2 or 3 times it was not cleaned up in a proper timely way. Also the steps coming into the trailer on writing the carpet has fallen off of trip twice he doesn't seem to care and the cement is raised about 2" in the yard and I guess to mine fell on her face still doesn't make any difference to him he has to be the worst owner of a trailer park that exist still trying to get these matters straightened out after almost 3 years getting tired of it looking for a new place to live highly urge people looking for a place to live in their car instead of in this place. That's not to mention the child pretifiles and hookers,the drug dealers and children left home with no supervision with there mother lying to the government that they are in home school. My husband and I have lived here for 6yrs now and since the park was sold, I have seen so many changes that have made living here worth it! The new owners and their management team have gone above and beyond to make the residents feel welcomed and safe. Alex, the maintenance man, is extremely helpful, always working on something that needs to be done, always does his best to answer my question, he's friendly and no matter what, always greets you with a smile! Our community leaders, Antoinette and Angelina, are a perfect team! Antoinette, the on-site manager, is always available when you need her, I found that whenever I call, I always get a call back asap, If I have any issues or concerns, she is always there ready to help and doesn't disregard any of my concerns no matter what it is. Since moving here, my husband and I have seen the changes, the previous management made it somewhat difficult to get certain things taken care of, but the new owners are nothing like the old ones and we found that the main reason we really enjoy being here is because they have always made us feel that we are important and not like some places, where your concerns get pushed aside and aren't important enough to be dealt with. As a resident who has now lived here for almost 2.5 years under two different managers, I can tell you how good this park has become from what it was. Previous management did very little to improve anything and I was almost ready to look for another place when the new manager took over almost 2 years ago. The constant noise, arguments, and disregard for mutual respect and common decency has improved 110%. The transients that were constantly moving thru the park are gone. The weeds, trash, and filth that used to prevail throughout the place have been cleaned up and the individual spaces greatly improved. Of course nothing and no one is ever perfect so there is much more to do but I'm not planning on going anywhere else.
