Columbia Factory Store — Attraction in Dr. Phillips

Seriously got some steals here. As a former northerner I know that this is a great brand for cold weather gear! Some of my immediate family lives in North Carolina so I like to get them a good mix of light and heavy cold weather stuff.

This location has a good selection and good to hear deals on most items. The majority of the store is regular priced items with a percentage mark down taken off at the register per the signage. Ranges from 20% - 50% off in most areas. Towards the back is an additional clearance area, which is where the big deals can be found. Items with an orange tag get an additional 70% off the lowest marked price!

Found a half zip fleece for the hubs for eight dollars on final mark down and a long sleeve thermal tee for the nephew for nine dollars.

There is a single queue line for all guests at checkout. This move things along rather quickly.

Overall: A A great store for this brand. Look for the deals throughout and steals...

Today a long line with one employee working the cash register with other staff standing around doing nothing. I was 3 cents short for a 10% discount so the cashier pulls out some promotional, advertising stickers from the register and tells me to pick one for they are $1 each. I did not want any but purchased one to receive the 10%. off. I get home and check my receipt and the was charge $3 for the so called $1 sticker. I would expect this type of criminal behavior in a third World Country but not in the US. Check your receipt and prices before you leave the store. I live local so returning my entire purchase and telling the manager he has lazy liers working...

Left this store last night and 2 items were incorrectly charged. Check your receipts. After going back to get this corrected we were initially told the customers had moved the item into wrong place. The lady quickly backtracked when we showed her a whole section under the sign with same item. Then she realized it was because of buy one get one half off, but the ski socks I picked up were in a completely different section than other socks and were clearly marked 30% off. I applaud the lady for finally honoring the price as marked, make sure to check...
