This Polo Ralph Lauren is better than most. I am comparing to other Polo outlets in other parts of the US.

As of today (1/4/2024), this outlet offers some deeply discounted items. Such as additional 25% off from the already deeply discounted clearance items. Well, this sounds like an outlet price. And previous to current week, this place was swamped by endless tourists going after whooping 40% sales (excluding some items). And inventory levels were relatively high enough so that finding something that fits you wasn’t a mission impossible.

However, during most of non-special season, I was confused if I were shopping at an outlet store. So more often than not, you’re not shopping at deeply discounted outlet rate. It seems tourists hardly notice this and I guess that’s good for...

I want to commend and thank Daniela, an employee at Polo Ralph Lauren, for her outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and displayed professionalism and kindness. She noticed that my young daughter was a bit restless and making it difficult for me to shop, but Daniela handled the situation with great empathy. OMG U HAVE TO GO HERE IF EVER IN THE AREA!!!! I mean it they are simply amazing!!!! The staff is beyond nice and so very helpful I don't know how she did it but my lady just appeared out of nowhere it seemed every time I needed her but then didn't stick to me like glue or hover bc I hate that. She was PERFECT at her job. I've worked retail for 15 yrs and never saw anything like it!!! And I bought a comforter and while I'm checking out I tell my son jokingly wonder where this is going to fit on the plane?! The sales associate says oh well ship it to you for free!!!! What?!
