Elite Nails and Spa — Attraction in West Palm Beach

First time coming here and decided to come along with my Mother. She reminded me how good the manager guy suave was so I requested that he do my nails. However, he insisted that I go to another nail technician because he had a customer in front of him and there was a hour wait before he could assist me. Took his advice went to the nail technician who did a horrible job on my ombré nails. He didn’t bother to blend them well and the nails were shaped poorly. Not to mention the designs were awful with no shine to them. I had him correct them a few times before showing the manager. After that he corrected again which didn’t make much difference. At that point I was irritated. Fast forward to me getting ready to leave. A young lady whom I have no idea who she is because I had no interest in getting her name. Stated to me at the counter “ Because we run a business we cannot have you leave like this we need to fix them” (I guess this was her nice was of saying I still had to pay so might as well get them fixed) the manager suave also stated he would fix them after me asking to have the nails removed. Funny right ? But when I requested he do my nails in the beginning he had someone else do them. Now that I want them removed because the tech did a horrible job he keeps telling me he will take care of them. I kept stating I wanted them removed. Whether I payed or not I didn’t want to look at that poor work on my hands. In the end they removed the nails and still charged me for a service I walked out without . The only thing they could offer was $10 off the service because of my experience. In the end they took a loss because I quickly payed them with a credit card and called my bank. Customer service is everything and they lack it. The only thing positive I could say was they still continued to be nice throughout my bad experience but how they handled the situation from beginning to end could have been...

I had absolutely the worst and most unprofessional encounter & experience I’ve ever had my entire life at a nail salon. I regularly get my nails done, so i came in the day before Valentine’s Day (it was empty by the way for OBVIOUS reasons now) I came in for a fill and my nails were loose with one missing even tho it had only been two weeks and i do realize it may cost a bit more, but i purposely didn’t remove my nails even tho it would have been very easy for me to so that they wouldn’t charge me for an entire full set. He pressed me the entire time to get gel and his words not to be cheap about 5 dollars. I clearly stated that a fill was needed and The man took it upon himself to remove all of my nails and do a full set. He was rude and even when i asked him to fix something he told me NO . At this point I’m confused and don’t know if it’s a literal joke so I’m not even reacting.When everything is done he said it’s 30 .. i said so it wasn’t charged a fill then? He said no cause he did all of them and that it’s 5 dollars more for me because he removed them. LOL He never asked me to remove my nails and it was so easy to remove them i could’ve popped them off within seconds and i told him that. He then got rude as HELL and asked me why I’m whining about 5 dollars he told me how ungrateful i am for the work people do and how he doesn’t need my tip . I’ve seen people go off on nail techs and never do they react as rudely and unprofessional as he did. You don’t just take things into your own hands and demand someone to pay you. He continuously went back and forth with me as if he wasn’t in his place of work. Like i said it was EMPTY the day before VALENTINES DAY FOR A REASON. Don’t come here their nails aren’t even anything special....

Got a manicure (dip powder) and pedicure. My pedicure was great and I have no complaints. I got this done on a Friday as I was leaving for vacation the following day. After two days my nail started peeling off and popping off. So bad that I had to put a bandaid over one of them so it wouldn’t get caught on anything. I went back in after my week long vacation to request that they redo my nails free of charge (at this point 3 were popping off and two of them had the top clear coat peeling, aka 5 of my 10 were messed up). They disregarded the top coat issue and said that the nails were coming off because of my nail bed. I have had dip powder multiple times and have never had that experience, they have always lasted me at least three weeks. The woman I spoke to was very nice, but continued to blame my nails for the problem and would not fix them free of charge. She even mentioned had I come in earlier in the week they could have at least fixed the messed up ones, however I was on vacation for 7 days and I couldn’t have gone in even if I wanted to.
