First time I’ve ever been in this store & I found an EGO battery chainsaw for $270. There is no warranty so I was hesitant. But the staff said if it didn’t work, I could return it. He offered to test it, but the other staff said no need as it was brand new. I get home & there is NO battery or charger! In less than 2 hours of buying it, I brought it back. The staff accused me of keeping the battery & charger. Why would I keep a battery & return the tool? Makes ZERO sense. He lied to my face saying he personally checked it & the battery was the box. It wasn’t when I got home. He refused to return it. Insinuate i was lying & that I tried to steal the battery. I made a scene & announced to the store that it was bad business to call customers liars. That I spent $300 on something I can’t use bcse he sold it with missing pieces.
FINALLY he gave me my money back. I said I’d seat on anything that there was no battery. He kept muttering that there was. If you’re SO sure, why didn’t you call the police? If I’m a thief? I’m not a thief, I have no reason to keep a battery for a tool I don’t own. In what world does that make sense?
I had also bought a small shelf. I go to put it together & GUESS WHAT!!! it is missing pieces!! Go figure. So that’s $10 in the trash.
First and LAST time I will shop there & I highly recommend that no one else does either. If you do, OPEN EVERYTHING IN THE STORE & check for all the pieces. I’d recommend testing it & making sure it’s all there & works. Otherwise they’ll accuse you of something if you try to return it.
I left this similar review on Facebook. They replied but blocked me. I couldn’t even read their response. How unprofessional is that?
*Update to respond to the business’ reply - I didn’t return the battery & charger because there wasn’t one in the box to begin with. Batteries are heavy, first off, I would have felt it in the weight of the box. 2nd, I was standing right there when my husband opened the box. There was NO battery or charger. The box makes it look like it has a battery, but it has a sticker saying “bare tool” so that means tool only. There were NO batteries in the box. The business lies, and attacks its customers. They even post pictures from their surveillance camera on their Facebook page & threaten to post people’s pictures on their wall. How professional! I was a first time customer & a never again customer. They blocked me on their Facebook page (how infantile) but can’t block me here. If I could give ZERO stars I...
Read moreFirst time going to the store Sat 9/13/25. Found the ad on Facebook for this store and decided to take a day trip up there o the store. The store was not stocked with anything that was listed on Facebook. Items are literally thrown into big bins and up have to dig to see what is in the bins. The store had some kind of smell that was not appealing actually made me want to leave. The sign stated everything in the store 10.00 dollars unless marked. So a scuba mask was 10.00 and a plastic table cloth was 10.00. I didn’t like that but those were the prices. So making my way through the store I came across ceiling fans the boxes looked nice not much damage marked for 55.00. I checked Amazon because they advertised most of their products are from Target and Amazon for the price. Amazon had it listed for 50.00 not 55.00. So I brought this to the attention of the person working at the check out who replied the price is the correct price on the box. Okay thinking to myself not gonna buy that here. Next came across a couple of chairs that turn into small beds. The boxes looked very beat up, checked the price on Amazon and it was a little under. Asked the check out person if all parts ect where in good working condition, they stated yes. I asked if the price was negotiable they stated no. Asked if I could actually see the product inside the box, he stated no. So pretty much left the store with nothing. Waste of time. Either you can pay 10.00 for all items on the floor after digging through everything or over pay or possibly pay for broken / damaged items....
Read moreI never write google reviews but i just had the sweetest, best experience here with a worker named Maha! I didn’t know there return policy (which their return policy is totally valid and normal! I just didn’t know it.) So I went to return an item and couldn’t. I truly had no use for the item and nothing was wrong with it so I asked that she just take it to resell it or give it to someone who may want or need it! She felt so bad that I couldn’t return the item that she offered to pay for it with her own money so she could donate the item to her local charity. Of Course I could not let her do that! So the compromise was we donated it together lol! If you are thinking of going to this place, GO! We need more people like Maha in this world. I am so lucky to have met her today and I love this...
