We stopped at this place after reading the Google reviews, and it did not disappoint. We ordered the house-made Chips & Salsa, a plate of four Chicken Flautas served with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, rice, and beans, and an order of Chicken & Steak Fajitas served with rice, beans, and 8 small corn tortillas. The portions were generous, the fajitas were enough for my child and I to share. Great flavors -the cast iron skillet was still sizzling when we sat it down on the table - We also tried the Chile Relleno, which came with rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and freshly made guacamole. The red tomato-based sauce on top of the Chile Relleno was outstanding – rich yet bright, a perfect accompaniment to the dish. We ordered up at the window and waited 15 minutes or less for our food to be prepared while we sat in the industrial-style restaurant located Inna strip mall. Minutes later, several people walked in, and by the time we left, the place was full. The salsa was freshly made, and they have a fresh salsa bar to left of the order window with a variety of salsas, diced onions, and chopped cilantro. Sadly, there was no Escabeche (pickled vegetables), but there was a nice selection. The staff was very nice. We all very much enjoyed our meals and were glad we stopped in. We know we will come again when we're in the area. If you are craving authentic Mexican & Tex-Mex, don’t hesitate to check this place out. FRESH - FRESH - FRESH & Fast Servce

This used to be my favorite place to get Mexican food. This time however I got home and they must have put the food in the containers too fast because there were holes in the Styrofoam and the beans leaked all over in the bag, my car, and into the containers below that didn't have beans in them.

Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. It's also super authentic, though it has plenty of Americanized offerings, as well. To describe this place as casual might make you overdress: it's roughly equivalent to someone opening a restaurant in their garage. And yet somehow, it's still amazing.

Very pleased!! Excellent authentic Mexican cuisine. I want to try the corn on the cob next time. The two working (the owners?) don’t speak great English, but they were able to get my order correct even though they don’t technically offer it on their menu. I got vegetarian fajitas (fajitas sin carne) with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. You would need to ask for shredded cheese (or queso rellado) on the side with fajitas if you like that like I do. Rice and beans included were excellent. They use corn tortillas. I got cheese enchiladas for my fiancé; it was better than anywhere else I’ve had in the states hands down. They have a topping bar with pickled onions, raw onion, radish slices, cilantro, lime wedges, and a variety of salsas (ranging from thick to thin and hot to mild). Chips and salsa were good too, chips could have been fresher but seemed homemade. They have tamales, tostadas, sopas, street tacos, lots of authentic options to try as well as some standard American options like burgers. You must need to request sour cream because we didn’t get any. I will definitely be back and will recommend more people I know go as well! I wish they would sell food downtown during the lunch hour at a food stand or food truck! This place is honestly 50 times better...

I had wanted to stop in for awhile and we finally got a chance tonight. I remembered there used to be a food truck in this parking lot and everyone raved about the tacos.. I asked the owner if that was his food truck and it was. So it appears his tacos are still a huge local favorite! The food was fantastic.. my daughter and I had veggie chimichangas... absolutely amazing! My husband is a meat eater so he went with the 1/2 pound of beef something or other. He loved it! There is even a little hot sauce condiment bar that we enjoyed sampling. I highly recommend this quiet little eatery. Reminds me of traditional taquerias found in Mexico and...
