Culver’s — Restaurant in Minnesota

I've been going to culver's for twenty years, and this is the worst one I have been to. They are always quick with service and good quality food and rarely make mistakes.

I went in the drive through at this location and no one else was there to begin with. I ordered my food and waited about ten minutes. Cars start piling up behind me as more time goes by and eventually a car or two behind me.Get their food before me. My concrete mixer was forgotten, and so the employee went back inside with zero rush After I had been waiting twenty minutes for my food.

Once I got my concrete mixer, half of it was already melted. Clearly they forgot about my order.

I went inside to request a new concrete mixer, and uh expressed that I had been waiting in the drive through for twenty minutes for my food, and that I was given a concrete mixer that had melted down to mush at this point. There were a ton of employees working, and most of them sitting around with nothing to do. Even after explaining all of this, again The person making my concrete mixer didn't think that speed was necessary at this point, and yeah, really took her time.

I was there a week and 3 days ago and the girl who took my order took it wrong I didn’t notice until I got my reciept I went back up to her someone had to help her reorder my order she didn’t know where it was on the computer then a manager gave me a refund ok…the refund never showed up in my account I went back to the store and the GM talked to me and looked at me like I was a liar and demanded I pull my bank account to prove I never got it that personal information she scrolled through my bank account. After she saw it wasn’t there she took my info down and said she was going to call someone that handles the transactions well I called the store 2 days ago talked to a different manager she said she was going to call yesterday about it and call me after wards I never heard back from either manager yesterday I looked at my account now I got double charged for 2 meals and instead of a refund I got charged for a meal I never got. It wouldn’t been hard to just give me cash like any other store would do. One of the male mangers said I could have got cash back. But neither of the lady mangers would do it. Worst experience ever. Won’t be returning. The meal I didn’t get returned money on...

I would have gave you a zero but it wasn't an option. My husband, myself and my mother-in-law were in there to eat this evening. And I ordered a cup of the chili and a side salad and a decaffeinated coffee with cream. And when I got the food brought to our table They brought me a Chicken garden salad. The Person taking my order I told her 3 times side salad.. She said to me well do you want us to just take yhe chicken off and I never got my decaf coffee.when we were ready to leave, I went up and I said could I get my decaffeinated coffee? The girl who took my order looked dumb founded and looked at other worker and he said Well, I'm gonna have to make it. Well, we're ready to leave, forget it and I wasn't offered to have my money refunded and my husband and my mother-in-law. Both got the Cod sandwich and my husband's fish sandwich was only an eighth of an inch thick. And my mother-in-law sandwich had no tartar sauce on I'm tired of going there and being disappointed. the night People need to be managed they can't even hear correctly. They're too busy standing by the counter...
