Fairfax Centre — Attraction in Fairfax

I have only gone to 2 stores in this strip mall, that being Walmart and Big Lots. I've only been to Big Lots once, a couple of years ago when it first opened. I haven't been back since, as I wasn't impressed. I wish it was an Ocean State Job Lot instead but so far, those are only in New England, NJ, and NY but they are much better in my opinion. The Walmart here is a Super Walmart and it's pretty good. The prices are very good and they carry items that the regular Walmarts do not. Their produce is quite good and very reasonable. However, when I was here last, they didn't have any milk (except for $4.00/half gallon organic.. ridiculous) and that was the main thing I came in for. They said they had to pull it because it was out of date. Very strange, as I then went to the Burke store and they had lots. Also, this was the second time that I know of when they have been out of milk. This center is in a high traffic area, so that's a bit of a downfall if you're going...

This store is generally never stocked, which is crazy because there is always stock sitting on the floor impeding customers to move freely through the isles. You have employees who are doing shopping for online orders. However, they don't respect the customers in the store. They park carts in the middle of the isles and refuse to assist if you are looking for an item.

The store is almost completely self check, which is fine with me, but you then can't expect me to stand in line to leave the store to have my receipt checked. If you have this much theft in your store, then I shouldn't be in here because clearly it is a safety risk.

Lastly, management... they are rude, have no answers, and seem to be fully unable to have a respectful and helpful conversation even when they or their staff are the issue. I waited 35 minutes for the price of an item. Which was supposed to be 90% off 🤔
