Five Below — Attraction in South Bradenton

Product is good. Service is normally great, Robert especially gives great customer service, however the lady with the long black braid and patchwork looking tattoos one specifically of the pink floyd’s the dark side of the moon album cover, was incredibly rude. she offered no greeting no hi hello how are you, and when my boyfriend complimented her tattoos and said he liked them she rolled her eyes and said thanks with an attitude then when she rang me up it said the transaction was cancelled, and then i put my card in again and it said approved and i got two notifications from my bank that so and so amount was deposited out of my account and i called the store where Robert answered and was so understanding about the entire situation and told me to come back in and he’d get us all sorted out and i came back in and the same lady who originally rung me up was the one who ended up on the front end again same experience no hi hello how are you and when i told her her that i was double charged all she said was “no it shouldn’t have” in the most monotone voice, acted like she had no care in the world. then i had to show her my bank statement of the transaction being charged twice for her to do something. then she finally said “robert i need you to handle this” i lost the receipt but robert was still very understanding. and then as i was walking out she was mumbling and talking to robert which seemed like she was talking about me and my boyfriend. normally i would just go about my day but this was a grown woman who should know what customer service is and how to present it. i understand it’s late and you’re probably tired but i’ve worked in the customer service industry for 3-4 years and have always been able to fake it when i’m tired, if you can’t maybe this just isn’t your...

I'm not quite sure EXACTLY how to Rate this as my very 1st visit was 2 days before Christmas and it was utter chaos there. Probably with people doing the same thing as me, Stocking Stuffers or some last minute gifters. Now, the place is call "Five Below" meaning everything is $5 or less but my chief complaint it there was little to No Pricing on (or near products) only a handful of things has the price ON them ot NEAR them, but for the most part you are S.O.L. when ya need a price. Aisles are VERY narrow. 2 different occasions on my trip there that day, someone was trying to pass me and are cart wheel locked up, intertwined! There was plenty of staff but everyone one of them were frantically restocking. I imagine that on a typical day, not 2 days before the biggest holiday of the year, the staff and store would be in better shape. 3 🌟 for great. selection of so many different things. From daily use items to Unique things, they've got quite a bit. I'm a strong believer in "yiu get what pay for"....so keep that in mind here! I do intende on going back for a few things i wanted but COULDN'T take the chaos anymore. I'll update my review...

It's cool that you can go there and find so much stuff for children and adults from anywhere from a couple dollars to 5 to 10 dollars and walk out pretty happy with your choices. The only issues that I seen to have is that there's always a problem with the Bluetooth earbuds half the time don't work correctly and people on the other end can't understand you and so you have to go through the process of finding a good one that works for you. Thanks to always having my receipts that I hold on 2 in case I have an issue with something not working properly. I normally am able to either switch them out with a different one or get my money back. Great store for kids and adults of all ages, no matter how old you are we all still have a little kid in ourselves. Also a great store to buy different things for gardening; LED lights for everything, now they have a section of light up toothbrush holders, toilet paper holders, liquid soap dispensers, among other ones.
