Order here all the time... Moble order mostly.... Arrived at establishment this day and was not treated well by barista Gracie - ellenton location........she had the worst attitude I have ever encountered........ I normally visit this location at least once a day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day........today I was very upset and disappointed 😞 My coffee was cold... and tasted awful AND the barista - Gracie stood there and gave me an attitude I order mobile so its ready when I arrive ... think Barista may have been upset because she was still attempting to create my order my drink was not ready....... the milk was not steamed as I request Finally after waiting about 7 minutes for my MOBILE order...... I received my coffee and a terrible attitude fro. Second time this has happened, I come around the drive thru line and I was behind 3 cars. I waited which I understand but when it came to my turn to order after the 3 cars I was made to wait another 5mins to order. My baby was already starting to get fussy so I just wanted to go already. Once I got to drive thru, my drink and pastry was already there in the counter and a ushort lady with brown curly hair looks at me and walks away to go pour some water for another guest. They have a 2 mins mark to get orders done and out in time at drive thru and this lady just causally walks around, talking with coworkers and guest while I wait in line for my drink that’s already made on the counter. She finally comes back takes my payment without acknowledging me and “ have a nice day” or nothing. By that time I was annoyed and I just wanted to leave. The worst experience in a starbucks. I'm going to point the finger at management for my experience. The staff was NOT trained properly as a Starbucks barrista. The menage mentioned must not be training the staff properly since three of the staff here was trying to make me a cup of coffee. The girl at the cashier did not understand me when I asked for there types of blends. They did not write my name on my cup which led to the person making the drink mixing my Blonde with cream for the man next to me his cup a Pikes with no cream. Also she asked me if I wanted cream and then continue to pick up the other cup with no cream and hand it to me. So for a simple coffee with cream, they really screwed up. Three people to not label, know what a blend is and to give me the wrong as they fill a cup up with cream. Incompetent staff plus bad training equals the worst starbucks ever.
