Hibachi Express Bradenton — Restaurant in South Bradenton

April 2023: We were a bit disappointed by our last visit to the place. We ordered our usual yakisoba noodle party platter. The price that they charged us was a few bucks more than listed on their menu. When I asked them about the price discrepancy, they said they updated their prices, but the menu on the wall was the most accurate. When I compared the price, it was a different listed price than the paper menu and from what I was charged - so 3 different prices. Which one is it? It’s disappointing that they don’t charge the correct prices and keep raising them!

January 2023: We’ve gotten food from this place several times and have never been disappointed. We typically get their party trays, which are generous portions served with a container of salad (for fried rice, not yakisoba). The food is always good, and we especially like their yakisoba noodles. While there’s a lot to be desired in their actual restaurant, it’s by no means a reflection of their food. Service is also always friendly and food is prepared fast. Definitely one of our go-to hibachi places...

i love the food but these two girls that work here are very unprofessional, as soon as my friends and i walk in the start laughing and giving dirty looks. they proceed to laugh at us and are very disrespectful we go and order our food and they can’t even ask how are day is nor say hi. we had to say it first and they didn’t even respond. i then messed up on the card reader and she yells at me “put ur card in” and i had to tell her i had messed up. afterwards she goes u have to go like this than this and i was unaware. she then does it for me and gives me a stank look. i absolutely love the food here but the people here are absolutely disgusting and i will be going around telling people to stop coming here and right a review on my thousands of followers on social media. someone needs to get them in check. until this situation gets resolved there will be a lot of loss of customers...

Service has gone downhill fast. Update from 6 month review. Manager is extremely rude I even saw him sneeze and continue to handle the sushi orders and cash register GROSS!!! I place weekly corporate orders and they always manage to screw it up.

We spend A LOT of money here and do the party platters and hibachi rice and steak. Forget about getting the scallops, they never have it i dont even know why its on the menu huge disappointment.

Apart from the location, there are too many other better sushi restaurants in compliance with health and sanitation regulations. Im surprised this place hasnt been audited or shut down. The inside is dank and grubby so don't plan on having a nice date or work event here unless you plan on playing footsies with creepy critters.

They always forget to add eel and spicy mayo sauces even though specified in the instructions. Will NOT...
