Florida One Kitchen! Most definitely the company for the job. I been in the construction industry for over two decades. My business started as a bathroom/ floor remodeler. As the years progressed we started incorporating plumbing and electrical into the mix. Soon after we found ourselves doing full home remodels. In 2018 I had the opportunity to take my business to the next level and start developing our own homes. The current home I’m currently wrapping up is a 1Mill dollar spec home. I knew that the kitchen had to be one of the staples in the property. It need it to make a statement by itself. I had an idea of what I wanted, the main issue to me was, who to assign such important task? I knew I wanted quality, but not over kill my budget. I knew I wanted a reliable company that would handle it responsibly and not bail out towards the end. It was a tough decision, especially here in South Florida. A good friend of mine introduced me to Florida One and suggested them for my investment property. After reviewing there Instagram page, I came across a video that won me over. It was a post that showcased a finished kitchen that had one of the slabs of counter top with a different color tint as the rest of the kitchen. Not drastic, but mildly noticeable. To a profesional eye, one could tell, to the untrained eye, it would probably go unnoticed. They took it upon themselves to replace the slab since they notice the effect. It really wasn’t their fault as the slab from the same batch came slightly different. They still went ahead and changed it. It’s hard to believe they unmounted a finish product just to take care of their customer, and above all, post their error in social media. I was like “wow… I want them.. No, I need them!!”

I can tell you from my experience with them, they are your best choice by a mile. Not are they only affordable, but they approach your project as a team effort. They work with you to make your idea a reality. I want to say that the kitchen came out gorgeous, and I’m getting the result I wanted. Every star struck gaze that I get from clients or people who come in to look at the project tells me that I made the right choice.

We had the pleasure of working with Florida One for a few months. We first met with Danny (one of the owners) and we loved how passionate he was about their work. You can tell they love what they do! He was always very professional and responsive. Florida One built us a gorgeous brand new kitchen and they also took over all the closets in the home.
