kazari sushi fusion & catering food truck — Restaurant in Sweetwater

My husband and I first went to BJ’s for dinner, but it was packed, loud, and not the vibe we were looking for. On the way out, we spotted this cozy food truck with tables under a tent decorated with cute lights playing Spanish ballads— and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted.

We weren’t expecting much, but the food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. I’m vegetarian and ordered the veggie sushi, while my husband had the lomo saltado — both dishes were excellent.

The only hiccup was that their payment machine went down due to an internet issue, but they handled it smoothly, and we just sent a quick Zelle.
