Bar Flamenco — Restaurant in Sweetwater

We checked into the hotel late in the evening and decided to check out the restaurant. as soon as we entered, no one even paid attention to us, we waited to be offered a table, it took about 10 minutes and the people who came later we were immediately seated at a table. then the waitress said you can sit at any table. and we waited another 10-15 minutes for the menu to be brought to us, but it was never brought and I had to go and take it myself. when she finally approached us and took our order after 30 minutes of waiting at the table… she mixed up my husband's order. drinks would never have been brought to us if I had not reminded her of this. then I reminded her to bring us the forks and knives. now about the kitchen: the fish is overcooked (it was probably previously frozen) the pasta was spicy (although I warned her that I can’t eat spicy food) And when they brought us the check, it showed a tip automatically included in our bill. after we talked with the chef/manager, they removed the tip from the bill. this is the worst restaurant and...

Arrived there by 11 am. They do serve breakfast in the early morning. I met Kyra, who gave me excellent service, I gave her a $10.00 tip. I ordered the Cheesecake cake with chocolate drizzle. All American Cheeseburger, and Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine. The hot sauce on the side of plate is a nice touch. My one concern was despite I'm minding my own business, looking at my smartphone. A Columbian guy with glasses observed me and said in Spanish "Pegado a el pantalla." Aka "Glued to the screen. I had to mention that to Kyra. And yes I kept my cool. And he again looked at me, and I said "What?!?" He then left me alone. Yes the blue metallic glass windows blends in well with the white building. I had a great experience here! The food was fresh and very tasty, cocktails were well made, and the service was great! The poor server, Tae, was all by himself, running around putting together go orders, bussing tables and seating guests all on top of serving all the tables... and even still he provided excellent service with a smile!
