My elderly father went into the store and bought a night stand dresser. The price was over $400 but the salesman went to the front and told him he would give it to him for 300 and some change. The salesman told the lady that rang him up about the discount. She charged him full price and he signed on the dotted line trusting that they had charged him what they promised him. When he got back home he saw that his bank account was charged the full price of the item. The receptionist kept arguing that he signed on the dotted line so there's nothing they can do. The manager said we have to wait until Monday to verify with the salesman so if he for some reason doesn't remember or doesn't tell her he lowered the price, we are out. And forget about returning it, she said they will keep 30% of the items cost to return it. We want to just return it and get our money back what a nightmare. Never again will I do business there or any of my family. When I told her I will turn them into the better business bureau she didn't care she said "well we're not members of it and you have to be to be turned in." She wants to be right instead of doing the right thing. He's a 71 year old veteran who didn't have his reading glasses and trusted a gentleman who was promising him a lower price. Just let him have a 100% return so we can forget about this store and this nightmare! WILL UPDATE MONDAY AFTER THE CALL. Please just give us 100% of our money back and take this night dresser. We don't want to do business with people who think we are idiots because we trusted the salesmans word. If an item needs returned you have 5 daYs and you will lose 30% of the item. We are very very unhappy. We should have been allowed to return the item for 100% refund. Instead she wants us to eat 80$ because we were lied to about the cost. She can eat the contract. Nobody is arguing that he signed. He signed it! Read moreSo let me start by saying that I shamefully went to RC Willey a few days prior to all of this. It was a bad experience. I was smothered... Pressured and, well, it was just bad. So I then decided to do more research online. I had a list of different furniture stores across Vegas. I chose to start my journey at the 3500 S. Maryland Pkwy location...it was the furthest from me-- But the selection online seemed to have lots of variety and fair prices. They were running a black friday sale which included 70%-80% off PLUS FREE DELIVERY and setup!! And Wow, just WOW!!!! It was my first stop of the day. After spending about an hour browsing their huge showroom, I found my dream sofa & loveseat, my dining room table AND my coffee table & two end tables!! Greg was our guy!! He was incredible! He really fought hard to get the best deal for us. It wasn't that high pressure sales situation that we all dread walking into.. He was very laid back, but professional. Not pushy at all. He is a master of his craft. He really knew how to take care of me....and we could be difficult at times. He approached the situation honestly and fairly. He has my respect and all my future business. Also credit is due to the delivery guys!! They took the care and time it took to get everything set up just the way I wanted. They had been in the moving business for a while and it definitely showed. These guys didn't give up! Everyone at Furniture Fashions deserves a huge thanks for everything they did.
