GameStop — Attraction in Poquoson

If I could give a negative star review I surely would. The management at this location is horrible! It wasn’t always this bad. I went to go there today at 1230 and half of the gates were still down. Knocked on the door and was just stared at for a min then turned around. So I knocked again to be signaled no. So I get back to my car and call the Patrick Henry Mall location and ask them if the Yorktown store is supposed to be open. Was told yes and he even said that odd they should be. So I left and went there. This is not the first time the manger has been rude in some form. She was very rude to me last time I was in there like I was a bother to her and needed to leave. She was super mean to the lady and child ahead of me. I’ve been coming to this location for well over 9 years. Not anymore! Extremely laxidasical customer service. Stood in line twelve minutes with three people behind me and made continuous eye contact with employee while they had a vigorous personal conversation involving no sale with a buddy. Despite being a nice location with good stock, employees demonstrated zero aptitude for service skills and neglected anyone not their friend. I have frequented many Game Stop locations and by far this has been the worst experience in six states. ...
