Intrigued, I decided to try their services for both myself and my mom since the salon is conveniently close to our house. Despite being satisfied with our initial manicure and pedicure, I encountered some issues during my dad's visit the following week. Firstly, we experienced a wait of over 45 minutes. Secondly, my dad wasn't offered any drinks. Thirdly, the technician seemed rushed, neglecting thorough cuticle cleaning and callus work. The overall experience was hurried.
During payment, I inquired about purchasing a $100 gift card and receiving a $25 voucher. However, I felt pressured to decide quickly, and the technician was impatient. Despite my confusion about the voucher's expiration, she pushed for immediate payment. Her behavior became somewhat aggressive, and she didn't bid farewell after the transaction, leaving with a displeased demeanor. It felt as though she considered providing the pedicure a favor.
Another thing is when I visited last time, an employee informed me that I could purchase a gift card anytime and use it on the same day as the service. Consequently, I planned to buy it next time. However, during my recent visit, they denied me the option to use it and stated I could only apply it to my next purchase. I find this unfair. If that's the policy, they should ensure all employees are informed to provide consistent information to customers. If I had known earlier, I would have purchased the card on that day rather than waiting.

Read moreI loveee this place, Tammy! Is my girl! She reminded me, we have been working together for 4yrs. The difference for the first time I saw her and the second time I went to her was a period of 3months and she still remembered, my nail style and filing preferences. The way she cared and worked for my mother's pedicure and tried to uplift her on a day she was having a hard time, sold me. The kindest, sweetest funniest nail tech I have ever came to coming to her is like a mini laughing therapy session! Every time I sit down we check in with each other to see how our families are doing. That's how genuine she is. She's become a friend.
And the place looks soooooo beautiful now! You feel like royalty walking in there, the customer service is amazing! Honestly, lol scared of this review cuz while I want to see them winning, I also wanna make sure I get my appointments, because it just takes one time for you to see that all I have said it true. Go treat yourself, go pamper yourself deserve it!

Read moreWas visiting my grandchildren from out of town and wanted to have a little pampering while kids were in school. Finding a truly good salon is not easy, most are only mediocre at best. Vicky was very helpful in suggesting a * combination of services that provided lots of pampering without breaking the bank. She did a beautiful job on my manicure and Diep does the most relaxing shoulder massage as well as a very nice pedicure. Both ladies were personable and engaged me in conversation, provided a drink and were very professional. The place is clean and there are even mini spa chairs for children, so cute. My only complaint is the music selection, it should be more spa like. The pop music is not relaxing and doesn't set the right atmosphere for such an excellent salon.
