I ordered food online about 6:25, it said it would be Ready at 6:45, I showed up at 7:00 and it was not ready. They said they had to pack it. It took an additional 15 minutes for them to "pack". When the lady came to the front she didn't have my smoothie that I had ordered so she had to go back and get that. The truth it seems was that they hadn't prepared the food. It wasn't overly busy or anything like that, and I had already received the confirmation as soon as I ordered that they received the order and that's how I knew what time it was supposed to be ready. This of course made me late to pick up the other food I had ordered down the road. Pertaining to the food, my family enjoyed the pho, I thought it tasted good, as well. I had also got a smoothie, as they called it, but when I received it quickly realized it was not a smoothie, but more like a boba. Very chalky tasting, and didn't look anything like the picture. And also had one black crunchy chunk in there, not sure if it was a seed of sorts or something that was accidentally dropped in or had broken in the machine. I didn't end up drinking it, but my kid liked it, after I sifted through to make sure there were no other random chunks in there. I really wanted to try this place, as did my husband, and had really high hopes, but I am a person who values their time, and seeing as I even showed up 15 minutes later than when my food was supposed to be ready, it just seemed crazy that it was 30 minutes past the due time before I could even get my food. And that the only explanation was that they had to pack it. I may consider trying this place another time to see if it's better, but probably not anytime soon.

Very good pho and I will be back for sure. The owner was chatting about his broth and I could taste the difference, more of a marrow almost denser soup base. Very savory. The chili oil is his proprietary blend which also adds a lot or complexity to the pho, seems to have several varieties of chili and a different spice to it but it compliments the base appropriately. The pho was interesting. Noodles definitely have a Japanese influence being shorter and slightly thinner so it gave off a ramen or a jinya kind of vibe but it worked well and still retained the vietnamese soup origins. I had the spring rolls as well. They were wrapped nicely and the peanut sauce had a kick to it which was welcomed. You also get 3 of them so it's an acceptable app plate for 2 really.

My wife and I had stopped by a few times before the pandemic and then had stopped ordering out for a while, we started coming back the other week and forgot how good the food was! It's a nice sized restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The owners are nice and friendly. The special fried rice is delicious and you can also order it with just Chinese sausage if you want, and we love that it already comes with a fried egg! We definitely plan on coming back more especially during the evening happy hour! Thank you for the great food! Sometimes the service might be a little slow but when you realize a lot of people are ordering to go or pick-up that shows that there is quite a demand and they are keeping up as fast and as best as they can!

I’ve been here before and thought that it was good. It was my first bowl of Pho since moving to Texas and I thought that because it had been a while my tastebuds were a bit off; but after having it again, it wasn’t.

To start my order was wrong.

I wanted the pho combo for $14.99 which comes with pho, an egg roll or spring roll and a drink.

He took my order as separate orders so I ended up having a pho dac biet (which I didn’t want as I wanted the P6 which is brisket and meatball) a full order of spring rolls and a coke.

No biggie, I figured I could save it for later as I usually don’t eat much at once.

The spring rolls are spring rolls, not much to it, the peanut sauce didn’t have much flavor so I had to add a bit of sriracha to it.

When the pho came out, it was cloudy & became cloudier as I mixed it. This is because the noodles aren’t fully strained or the water boiling has too much rice starch and needs to be changed.

When you pour the soup broth into the bowl and there’s still a ton of noodle water, you’re not getting full flavor from the broth. Although I don’t think that would’ve helped as the broth that day probably wasn’t great to begin with.

I did what I could and still ate it anyway.

This will be my last time going there. The bill came out to $26 and man inflation must be really bad; but for that amount, I wished I would’ve gotten a...

I used to be a regular at this place. I would visit once or twice a week even though the price was on the high side and it is quite far from where I live but the food was worth the price and the commute. My last 2 visits however, may have changed that perspective. They were short staffed, service was slow and the pho came out lukewarm at best. Once the vegetables were added, it felt like I was eating noodle soup that has been sitting out for half an hour and the noodle has swollen up due to it having soaked up the soup for too long, gross. To top off the already poor food and experience, we went to pay and was charged more than the menu price. I asked about it and was told that the price has gone up 15% from the already higher than average price on the menu. I mentioned the soup not being hot and was told that maybe I added too much vegetables. That's like being told that I did not eat fast enough when being served half melted ice cream. If I am going to be paying $12-13 for a bowl of soup, I would expect better food quality and much better service. You can keep making the same excuse of being short staffed for so long but the customers should not have to suffer for the lack of urgency in making sure the business is properly staffed. Would most likely not be...
