Don’t come here if you actually expect your cake to be ready when they say it will and the colors to actually match what you ordered. The white lady with brown hair and eyeglasses was very rude and said “well, you ordered last minute” etc. (the order was placed in the morning for afternoon pickup, advertisements and website both say order custom cakes and get within 30 minutes, my point being this business is known for quick custom cookie cakes, it’s part of what makes them popular). The lady that was helping me was sweet as can be but the guy who mangers or owns it is rude as hell!! It was buy 3 get 1 free I didn't know ya couldnt mix match!! So instead of being nice about it he wàs rude as hell and if he wasn't such in a hurry to ring me up he would have know I had other cookies so he cashed me out and I wasn't done and I asked him can this lady help me bc ur attitude sucks he snatched the cookies out her hand and was like nope I said that's fine but ur nasty !! I wish I can give it 0 stars. I went and got me 6 cookies when I got to my car I decided to try on e of them and they were so hard you could break your teeth. So I went back and talked to the manager in charge and asked her could I exchange them for some softer ones or my money back she stated once I leave with them there is nothing that they can do.
