I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Bradley, he had the best smile I've seen in a while. Bradley was the most polite young man I've encountered in a long time. After talking a while, Bradley got me the best pillow for the way I sleep and then took me to try beds. I told Bradley I was having back surgery and needed a medium to firm bed. I discovered that Bradley is definitely a sleep expert. Bradley had me try several different beds all in the medium to firm range, so I knew Bradley had listened to me and paid attention to my needs. I kept going back to the Tempur-PRObreeze medium firm hybrid mattress with the Tempur-Ergo adjustable base. I told Bradley I wanted a full size bed he responded by saying he understood that the bedrooms here are smaller than where he was from. Visted the store on Blanding twice. First visit we had Richard helping us and the second visit was Jim. Both of these gentleman made us feel comfortable in the store and spent a great deal of time explaining all the ins and outs of the mattresses we were looking at. We were focused on two high end units and we were having a difficult time making the decision. No problem, Jim gave us space to discuss it. Never an ounce of pressure or hassle. I know we asked the same question over and over and each time they readily answered in detail. The financing is the best deal in town. 0 percent for 5 years. We purchased the Intellibed and spent nearly $7k...but our sleep has been terrible and this surely will help. But better than that we have 120 days to decide if it works for us. If it doesn't we can trade in for the other unit or actually any other unit we like for a small charge. $150 to deliver that mattress and set it up is cheap. Save your back people.
