Smoothie Shack — Restaurant in Florida

I've bought Smoothies from this place for almost a year. I manage a shoppe at the mall. I've always paid $5 for my smoothie. A couple of months ago I asked the manager to make sure that he put extra peanut butter in my smoothie. He appeared agitated by his behavior and said that if I wanted extra peanut butter that I have to pay full price which is $12. So I started paying full price from that day forward. A few times I've watched him make a smoothie for another customer and then add my ingredients to the smoothie that he made for the other customer. Today I asked him not to do it. That I can taste the difference when he does that. He told me that I don't have to buy from there anymore if I don't like it. So I said give me my money back. And he did. Stopped by to get an iced coffee, only bc the place I normally go in the mall for coffee was closed due to a roof repair. I asked for a white chocolate and vanilla mixed iced coffee. The guy said “it cost more” which I was ok with. But then when I said that was fine he said “we can’t do that, you can only have one flavor”. I thought it was bc of the way it was made or something, that it was physically impossible to add more than one flavor. After watching him prep it, I realized that the flavors were added from scoops of powder. So it wasn’t that he couldn’t do it, he wouldn’t do it. I took my young kids here for a smoothie and we were there for a few minutes before they opened at 11:00 AM. My kids were deciding on flavors when the man working there walked up and told us that they weren’t open. I told him that we would wait and he rudely told me to sit down at a table to wait because he wasn’t going to be open for another 15 minutes even though it says online that they open at 11:00 AM and it was literally 10:57!! I told him that we wanted to wait at the counter (because I had my two kids with me and wanted to keep my spot in line when they opened), but he told me I needed to sit down and wait?!
