today (5/6/19) was the first time going to the orange park mall in probably a few years, me and my friend decided to just eat in the food court rather than go out to any of the neighboring restaurants. which i was hesitant about considering i went with my friend to get his food first and it wasn’t the most pleasant. then i went to sarku. the girl at the register was beyond rude & snappy i almost called her on it. i work in retail, and i know what it’s like to get rude customers so i always make sure i’m polite/positive and friendly so i was surprised. she asked if i wanted a drink and i said “oh no, it’s fine.” and she didnt hear what i said i guess and rudely asked again “so do you want a drink or not” and i said “it’s fine” and she got unnecessarily offended-like and kind of rolled her eyes. i feel like good customer service would’ve been “could you repeat that? i’m sorry” “could you clarify” or something without rolling their eyes at the customer while you take their order for literally 30 seconds. and to top it off, when i got home (i saved some of my food for later) i found a hair in my food. obviously not mine because i’m blonde and it was dark and short. waste of almost $10. would’ve rather taken my business elsewhere. i honestly should’ve stopped when i noticed the girl taking my order had an attitude...
Read moreI purchased 6 Teriyaki meals for my family. Each meal I requested double chicken. Four with noodles and 2 with rice. The noodles were cooked to death. They had a filmy pastey taste/feel when trying to eat them. The veggies were grossly undercooked and not at all up to their usual standards. All of the food overall did not have the flavorful Teriyaki flavor that we were use to. This was the worst I have ever had and my money was wasted. If I didn't live as far away, I would have actually driven back up there and requested either a refund or for them to make my order over. They use to be so good and my kids requested them quite a bit, but now, they have definitely left a bad taste, literally, in my mouth. My suggestion would be to taste your food before you leave to make sure you are getting your money's worth. Whatever they changed that is making it horrible, they should definitely think of changing it back. My family has been loyal customers for quite some time, but we may need to figure out another go to spot for quality food because that was a lot of money we wasted on...
Read moreI've been a loyal customer here for awhile now I have never had any issues or complaints about the food nor the staff, food is always hot and delicious and the staff I see and interact on a daily basis are just amazing. I have always been treated with the highest respect as I treat them the same as well you feel as family, we joke and have many many laughs everyone here are just awesome we get along so well that I even named two of the woman there mama 1 and mama 2.
