I was extremely skeptical about getting my eyebrows done (ombré powder brows). Anything you do that involves your face takes time and patience to find a true expert. I had multiple consultations, Daliana understood exactly what I was looking for. She made me feel very comfortable she listened to my needs and took her time. What I loved the most was her ability to make me feel comfortable and special although she had done the procedure multiple times before she did not make me feel as if my process was just a routine. Not to mention she was very informative.

Oh! Just a side note. I don’t speak Spanish and some others were talking in Spanish and she made sure I knew what the conversation was about so that I can feel included. That was so sweet.
