Jones Family Dental — Attraction in Jersey Village

I had an appointment on sunday for my 2 girl with doctor tran @11:30am and I called the day before to see if they had anything earlier the girl who answered the phone told me yes 10:30 am I said okay. When I arrived there on time and after giving me irrelevant paperwork to complete just to waist time we still had to wait for more then an hour to be seen after 11:10am we decided to leave we the the girl just me yes and did not have room for the appointment change. After I left I called and rescheduled for Thursday at 5:00pm this was the lastest that supposably they could see me. On Thursday we arrived at 4:30pm come to find out office was empty no sole in site and the side door to the building was open to were anyone could come in and steal anything this was crazy to me I just could not believe it. I called the office number while still in the building to see if someone would come out from the back or answer the phone so I could tell them we were but no answer. We walked around the office areas and say no one we did see a beige Toyota in back parked but were unsure where the person was. I continued to call after I left and still no answer there office hours say 9-6 so how is it that 4:30pm with an appointment scheduled there no one and the office is open. This is so unprofessional the manager needs to clean shop of all the irresponsible ppl young ppl that work there. I hate coming to the office but I do it cause I like Dr. Tran they are messing with clients. he needs to get a new dental office to work out of or what not.

Just called and the guy who answered the phone sounded like he was tired or what every time you call they answer the phone like they tired or something if u that tired at 10:30am then u need to find another job. Told him that he could not find me in the system for having an appointment for yesterday (they obviously either did not schedule my appointment or deleted from the system so there would show no appointments really) He tried to tell me that the doc had left early and I said well I went over there and the side door was open and there was no one on the office I said anyone could of gone in and vandalized the place or stole something computers etc. I rescheduled my appointment with doctor Tran for Sunday 24 let's hope I was out in the system this time. Oh yeah he said that he was going to tell his manager about the door not being closed. FYI if I didn't have a appointment for yesterday why would I even bother driving up there when I am a busy mom and have other things to do. i have really good insurance and they told me i have 14 cavities i went to another dentist didn’t use my insurance and got told i don’t have any cavities only fillings that need to be redone guess who did the fillings ?.. I’ve been going to the dentist since i could remember i used to get silver teeth done there as well as my braces but i am now realizing these people must have been scamming my parents since i was little because i cannot believe they told me i have 14 cavities and of course lied about it i told them my other dentist told me i don’t have 14 and they seemed very off as if i caught them in a lie PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY AND INSURANCE HERE ITS A SCAM !!! NOT ONLY THAT but as a child i had terrible experiences here with the staff i remember on two separate occasions it was an asian man yelling at me to stay still or else he doesn’t have to work on my mouth at all all because my tongue got in the way i was also a child another occurance happened where another asian man raised his voice at me for saying i have to leave and i don’t have time for them to take photos of my face of it can be done another time this was around the end of last year smh . i also remember the women who would work on my teeth seemed like she didn’t know how to floss whatsoever even my mother who was watching told her she was flossing my mouth incorrectly . in my opinion do not waste your time on this terrible company they are SCAMMERS !! They only want to steal your insurance money please make sure your kids aren’t getting their teeth and mouth ruined by a negligent...

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANY WORK DONE ON YOUR MOUTH, TEETH, & ETC!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR MOUTH AT ALL! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!! I GOT BRACES PUT ON BY THEM AND DUE TO THE BRACES BEING TOO CLOSE TO MY GUMS, IT CAUSE MY GIMS TO BECOME INFLAMED AND SWOLLEN TO THE POINT WHERE I MISSED MY LAST TWO APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE I THEY WERE TOO PAINFUL TO HAVE ANYONE TOUCH THEM!! MY GUMS WERE BLEEDING ENTIRELY TOO MUCH WHICH RAISED HIGH CONCERNS FOR ME! AFTER I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT MY CONDITION, THEY STILL REFUSED TO REMOVE THE BRACES OR DO ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THEM UNTIL I WAS CAUGHT UP ON THE LAST TWO APPOINTMENTS THAT I MISSED WHICH WAS ONLY $200!!!! I KISSED THE APPOINTMENTS DUE TO THE CONDITIONS OF MY GUMS!!! THEN THEY SAID IF I WANTED TO REMOVE THE BRACES COMPLETELY THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM $500!!!!! I NEVER SIGNED A CONSENT FORM AGREEING TO PAY ANYTHING FOR A CANCELLATION!!!! SO I REQUESTED A COPY OF THE CONSENT FORM AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME!!! THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER TO REVIEW THE CONSENT FORM BEFORE I COULD RECEIVE A COPY OF IT!!! THEY SAID IT WAS POLICY!!!! SO I TOLD THEM TO SHOW ME WHERE IT STATES THAT ON THE POLICY AND THEY DIDN’T!!!!!! IM STILL WAITING FOR THE FORM TO BE RELEASED TO ME AS OF RIGHT NOW!!!!
