Firstly let me say that the food is always on point. Now let me get to why I'm leaving a negative review. There's a tall playful young black man with dreads in the drive thru line that has a habit of changing his voice while taking orders. The 1st time was shortly after the location was open. He used a country accent which I thought was funny at first, so as I approached the window to pay for my order I asked was that his regular voice and he explained that it gets the white girls...... Weird response, but whatever. Tonight on May 23rd @ 1:47am, I was attempting to give him my order once again and he used a very different voice akin to someone with a speech impediment. For further context think Barney or Goofy the cartoon character. It was very animated, and off putting to say the least making it difficult to make out what he was saying. I requested the cashier to bring him to the window, and he immediately denied taking my order which I took as an insult being that we've had previous discussions prior about his code switches. I attempted to handle it directly with him, but after having my experience invalidated and bargaining with him I was completely over the conversation. I told him that I was attempting to talk to him directly, but since I couldn't get simple accountability that I would be calling corporate to which he told me to go ahead and call them! I finally requested to speak with the manager who said his name was Brian. Brian immediately showed signs of passive aggressiveness (rolling his eyes and rapidly blinking) and had a dismissive take once I explained what had occurred asking me did I have a problem. He even went as far as telling me that he listened to the order being taken (confirming that it was indeed the guy who denied responsibility), and since he wasn't being rude that there wasn't really a problem. After having my intelligence insulted for the 2nd time I told him that I would be in touch with corporate to which he too in return taunted me encouraging me to call them, and for me to have a good night closing the window. I have worked in customer service and I have never had the type of experience that I've had today. It's safe to say that I will only return when I know that particular team isn't present. Anyone who has dealt with people that actually struggles with speech would know that this is very disrespectful as well as distracting, and I'm pretty sure he didn't interview with multiple personalities. Hopefully he's achieved his white girl quota, or whatever goal he was intending to achieve. Sounds like real winners on the night crew. Please do better, and vet your associates...

You either get the best damn burger you've ever had OR you have to drive back to the store to have them fix it and give you the missing items you ordered and it's still not right and your tired of driving and just accept the mess you're given. Since my last positive experience that inspired my positive review I've had to go back to the store 3-three-times when my order was wrong or missing food. Today.. at the end of an 11 hour shift all I wanted was my damn monterrey melt with grilled jalapenos. My order was $61 for pickup through the app. I was nice.. even though highly annoyed, when I drove back to have it fixed. Didn't catch an attitude with them not even in the slightest. I just wanted my food the way I ordered it and was prepared to wait again for it No apology.. at all. I was a bother and that was clear. My burger was missing the very ingredients it's advertised to be loaded with. Second visit to have it fixed wasn't any better ,I got 4 bell peppers and TWO jalapenos..stg... but at least I got my fries? š« To the management, whoever was working your line yesterday at 1 P.M. needs a raise. Whoever is building those burgers at 7 pm on 2-22-25 this evening needs retraining and a pep talk.. for real. I have beef with him/ her.. and y'all. My order was painfully simple. It was screwed up twice. Dear reader, keep your expectations low and you could possibly be amazed..if not this rant was your warning. Or, just order everything on the side and make it yourself. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe new location is nice but the bad service still prevails. My initial interaction was pleasant. The young lady taking my order in the drive through was courteous and helpful. I paid and went to pickup window. Things went downhill from there. I sat for a minute and then was told to pull around and someone would bring my food out to me. I pulled around the corner to the side door which is the only place that someone could bring my food. And I sat there.... I took a 7 minute phone call and still no food. So I drove to a parking spot and went inside. There was no one in line and I went straight to order counter. Laughingly I told the young lady I had been forgotten and needed my drive through order. She asks me if I want to speak to a manager. I said no I just want my food no need for a manager. She says she will get the manager. Why??? Just walk to drive through area and find out where my food is and bring it to me. But before I can say this to her she walks away to the back and I can't see her. The service industry is doomed if this is all they have. People working that have NO problem solving skills. Something so simple does not need a manager. Geesh! So the young lady comes back and starts to tell me that manager is coming. As she's talking another young lady comes over and shoves a bag of food at me without saying a word and walks off! I wasn't mad until that moment. It was all laughable and ridiculous until that rudeness happened. I wanted to throw that same bag she shoved at me and hit her in the back of the head. The nerve! I just took my food and left with the knowledge that I wouldn't be back. I rarely eat fast food so when I do I really need my food and service to be on point. Chick-fil-A and In and Out burger got the memo. That's who I will give my business and money to in the future. They are consistently great in the customer...
