I'd like to start off with the fact that both my children loved the place. Seemed clean and safe for all the kids. Mine are 6 & 7, but toddlers had just as much fun as them, and their were quite a few bigger kids who were having plenty as fun as well. Also, their was a seating area with plenty of room for parents, as well as benches around the play area for parents to sit and keep a closer eye on the little ones.
Now for the reason for only 3 stars. When we first walked in, the reception area was out of order. Like, the staff was friendly, but they couldn't just ring me out for some reason. I to sign up for something, and I had an extra child with me as it was my son's birthday. They wouldn't ring me out until I signed up for some program they had. To be honest, I'm not even sure what the program was, but I think that they will more than likely just send emails with any deals they have going on. It was free, so that's a plus. But to complete the sign up thing, I had to give all three children's birthdays. So I gave them both my children's birthdays, but didn't know the other child's birthday. He's is 6, and very much looks like a 6 year old. I didn't think that it was that big of a deal, but I told the clerk that he was my son's classmate. They couldn't just look at this 6 year old child, and realize that he was under 18. His parents were with us, and his mom told me his birthday month as that is all the first young lady asked me for. The other young woman at the front desk insisted that his birthday month wasn't enough. She wanted his whole birthday. Ultimately, the birthday month for the little boy we invited as a guest was enough. But, they weren't done. Everyone who goes into the play area needs to be wearing socks. That's fine, I wanted to purchase two pairs for our group. (adults need them to, and a couple of us didn't have socks on.). This wasn't such a big deal, rules are rules right?! Except the group that came in behind us, the woman in that group got to wear her flip flops in, without any socks. They looked a little like the $0.97 flip flops you could find in any dump bin in any Walmart around the world. I had sketchers flip flops on, and had to buy a pair of socks, or my kids couldn't go in to play. The other boy's mother in our group got a little ticked because of this, but we just went on in. But before we did, the young woman who rang us up stamped all of us with a number. On our way out, I'm not even sure if any of the staff even knew that we were leaving, let alone worried weather or not we were leaving with our own kids and not somebody else's. For this reason alone I will never be going back to this place.
Note: It was a little crowded, so it was a little uncomfortable, but I think that was more than likely for us parents that did sit in the play area. My kids said that they though that they had plenty of other kids to play with. There were benches for the parents to sit on, but not as much seating in the play area as they have outside the play area, and it didn't look like they had much room to put more. The place really has quite a bit for the kids to do there, and their safety is pretty important. This is just something that us parents have to deal with in some situations, so this is more of a...
Read moreThis playground has honestly been the worst experience for my daughter . My daughter has gotten sick here multiple times , they aren’t very sanitary , I’ve been missing months for it to be better but nope workers sitting on their bum selfs on their phones not cleaning play area at all some how it gets dirtier each day it’s a socks only howww ? yes I understand it’s a playground for children but it’s also very hazardous , there’s a lot of broken things , broken steps and a window where my daughter was about to fall from . There’s been so many concerns for me , children aggressively pushing my daughter , calling her stupid , mothers fighting amongst each other , the staff works for nothing and doesn’t ever intervene . I’ve escalated my concerns with the owner and she has shown no interest whatsoever, instead of providing solutions for her playground she just says her workers aren’t police officers ? She has also mentioned that she plans on not having any maintenance done to the playground not even within a year as she also made it known that she was the cheapest and best in town and actually planned on raising her prices , you can’t even express your concerns to the workers because you get strikes as a customer ? She has also just said other places are better than hers while giving the excuse of her playground being old ? Half of the place is torn down lady. Overall such an awful option , I originally opted towards this playground because of how conveniently close it was to my house but I will be resorting to anything and everything else for the best experience for my daughter . I had the year membership and gave these issues time to be resolved and they just worsened . I recommend Wally Wombats , it’s only $5 more for the annual membership and it’s an overall better alternative . Good Luck to kangamoo

Read moreWARNING Worst Birthday Party experience ever......
We booked the party in Aug. For today Nov. 11th. At the time of booking I was told IF more than 15 kids showed I would be charged for the 22 child count party. OK not a problem.
I was also told we would get 2 full hours in the party room.
When I arrived today I was CHARGED for the 22 child party as soon as I walk through the door. They did not even wait for the head count. Then also asked for a TIP. Right as we arrived.
The employees could have cared less about helping us set up the party!!!
The "party host" with the party was virtually none existent. We did basically everything ourselves from set up to clean up!
When the party was about over we were told to vacate the party room before the party for even over. BEFORE the 2 hour mark! The hostess finally showed up and said we could stay additional time for another $50.00.
When I went to the cashier she number 1 refused to give us out money back because it was a 15 child party not 22.
Secondly, she refused to give us an additional few mintues in the party room that the hostess communicated we could pay for.
NOT one person was kind or courteous. There was very poor communication. We were for lack of better terms over charged for the party head count.
Not a family friendly or good customer service experience at all.
When I asked to speak with a manager I was told I had to wait until Monday and call them.
Despite Kangamoos extremely poor customer service. We tipped the one person who did check on us well.
Needless to say, unless this very Bad experience is addressed. NONE of us at the party plan to visit this establishment again in the future.
Dear manager. Call Me! Signed an overcharged patron!
I will gladly update this review IF management contacts me to corrext this wrong and experience. B Because they will deserve a kudos for effort. I have to wait until Monday to talk...
