Stay away, this place is shady. Always keep your eyes on the owner if you plan on selling your cd's or records. If I could give this place a zero that would be my rating. A long story short, we went to this place to get rid of some records and CD's. The guy (Dave) looked through the collection and offered $15 for about 20 CD's along with Bruce Springsteen, Air Supply, and a few other well known LP's. The offer was insulting however, the real kicker was when I caught him putting a specific CD behind the counter and covered it when he thought I wasn't watching. Another customer on a first name basis asked a question and called him (Dave) away from the counter, maybe that is their scheme for distraction. Anyway, I looked behind the counter and could not see my CD he stashed away. I called him out when he returned to the counter, questioning why he put the CD behind the counter seperated by my stack on the counter. His excuse was "he placed it behind so he could look at it." I questioned why you needed to cover it behind the counter while everything else was still sitting on top of the counter. Needless to say, I took all of my items and left. Be careful they will do...
Read moreOh my god. This was an exceptional experience. Aside from the prices being INCREDIBLE, the selection being good, and the store being very homey, Dave, the owner, is one of the nicest people ever. I’m a 14 year old record collector and I felt right at home. He offered my whole family drinks. (Thanks for the pepsi!) I have no words. This is the best record store in Nevada, and definitely the best one that I have ever been too. He cleaned my records before having me purchase them. I got original pressings of Sgt. Peppers by The Beatles, Back in Black by AC/DC, 52nd street by Billy Joel, A Star is Born soundtrack, a Supremes album, Madman across the Water by Elton John, Stranger in Town by Bob Seger, Led Zeppelin II, Toys in the Attic by Aerosmith, and The Game by Queen, all for 48 dollars. Absolutely amazing. I’m so sad that I’m from out of town, if I ever come back to Vegas, this store will be my first priority. Thank you so much for the...
Read moreI’m starting my vintage records collection, and found this place on a Google search. Upon visiting for the first time today, I would highly recommend it to all. This is a smaller, quaint record store, with a great selection of LPs, CDs, and cassettes, all fairly priced. If those whom I met today are the owners, they are the kindest people for helping me sift through countless sections to hunt for some original presses of Milli Vanilli, just in case one could have been in there. That being said, my sister walked away with an original CD copy of the US version for Girl You Know It’s True, so the...
