This review is being written by a Mr know-it-all because that's what I was when I first contacted these guys. My PS5 was overheating and because I looked online everybody says it was because it was dirty, and since when I took the face plates off it was literally caked in dust I just knew this was what the cause was. When I called I was told that they get this exact problem from a PS5 daily and they've done this hundreds of times. It turns out he was right it was the liquid metal that needed to be fixed and once they did what they said they needed to do My PS5 is running smoothly again. It's important to point out that these guys were going to do it for me on Christmas Eve the same day mind you but I wasn't able to make it but when I went today at 1:00 in the afternoon, they still got it done same day for me and while I was there I personally saw four other people dropping off consoles and a few other people there for other business. The Vegas Repair team has been gratefully, professional, and prompt in repairing my xbox360, playstation 3, and my Nintendo wii when I had issues. When I got the red ring of death when I picked up my new call of duty game I didn’t want to send in the console to Microsoft nor did I want to spend another $300 for another console so I gave my buds at Vegas Repair a call and they told me to bring it down, 30 minutes after I drop it off I had a call about what it will cost and that I can come get it in an hour saving me a lot of $ overall. Video Game Repair fixed my PS5's broken HDMI port fast! My Playstation 5 got knocked over and it fell on the HDMI port. After that it stopped showing any picture. I tried a few different cables and TV's, but none of that worked. I called around and Video Game Repair was the only one that could fit me in today. I rushed it down there, and they started on it right away. They completely dismantled the thing and eventually got to the circuit board. The dismantling looked like it exploded. He did his soldering thing, fired it up half assembled to verify video was working then completely reassembled it. There was easily 50 screws that had to go back in. Apparently they do lots of these because the reassembly went exactly right, the first time. Every screw went in the exact right spot. Given that there are many screws of obviously different thread and length, that's impressive. He fired it up, we both verified together that it was working right, assured me that if there's any surprises they warranty their work and sent me on my way, all in about an hour.
