Natural Stone Veneer — Local services in Paradise

Horrible! We provided a drawing of our fireplace with all the measurements to Mario at Natural Stone Veneer. He used our measurements and gave us a complete quote on the cost of material and labor which we approved. Installers came and prepped the fireplace and installed a few pieces of veneer stone. They told us that Mario gave them too little material so they had to return to the shop to get more. After they returned with more material, Mario called to say that he needed to charge us an additional $1,800 for the material. Is this "BAIT AND SWITCH"? Installers were again short on material and had to return to the shop for more pieces of veneer stone. Mario could have sent their own estimator to do their measurements, but he did not. Mario told me that our measurements were incorrect based upon the installers measurements. We re-measured. Our measurements were correct. He lied. He may be incompetent in his estimation. We were told that this company does a lot of under-estimating and then tries to get a higher $amount from the customers AFTER WORK begins.

There are 2 companies working out of 2000 E. Maule Avenue, Las Vegas. One is Natural Stone Veneer (NSV) and All Phase LLC (APLLC). NSV is a building product supplier only and is known through its website advertising. Everything public about APLLC is non-existent. I now understand that APLLC hires outside workers to install NSV's products for NSV customers. Any work order prepared as an invoice for services that includes the material and labor is prepared under APLLC. My checks were made payable to APLLC. The installation work done by APLLC's hired installers was not fully completed. APLLC has two verifiable licenses. However, Las Vegas.gov does not have a business registered under the name of APLLC.

The tightly woven connection between these 2 companies that share the same staff and business address can be confusing. I wish to end the rating by saying that nothing is wrong with the products offered by Natural Stone Veneer.They do have a wide assortment of various designs/combinations of stone veneer products. Questionable business practices, misquotes of cost of product and installation, and the quality of installation service are attributed to All Phase LLC, the co-business entity who shares...

Who ever owns this business I strongly encourage you to not let Mario your "salesman" handle customers. I just called to get a quote just for labor & install for the front of my home.

He said it was $12 per foot since I already have the stone. He then asked me how big is the instal, & I explained I only want it around my garage and the pillar by my front door & he immediately said "Well it will be a minimum of $2000 just for us to come out"

After laughing in disbelief I asked what happened to $12 a square foot? He replied "oh well our minimum job is a 1000 square feet...

If this job went correctly it would've lead to my back yard & bathrooms. You now lost business & gained a horrible...
