I called and wanted to know when they opened on Sat to order food for my daughter b day party this weekend. I was told by the person who answered the phone that I can find that out online. I asked him why he couldn't tell me since I was on the phone with him. He told me "don't you have a smart phone to look it up". I asked him again why he can't tell me on the phone. He said "let me look it up on my smart phone".
At this point I can't believe the service and I haven't even got past the hours. Then I ask for a manager and he hangs up. Now I tried a hand full of times to call back to get the manager as he laughed and said it was too busy for a manager to get on the phone. I then asked him do I have to come to his business to get the manager. He tells me "a lot of clowns say they will come in and don't, so please come in I'll be waiting"
I guess I'm not "most" clowns because I went down there. He then tells me "I'm the manager" I told him this must be a joke the way he was talking to me on the phone and telling me to come down here. No he asks me "are you calling me out" at this point I am very angry that all I wanted to do was place an order and dealing with this that I told him YES I am calling you out. He then sprays me with hot sauce multiple times. Throws pizza bags at me and comes at me with a chair.
There was customers in the building and I was wanting to be a custom and all this happened. Cops were even called to the location because of this.
I hope Joey the owner sees this and I will be calling tomorrow since I FINALLY got the owner/manager name from the police officers.
How said I ask for the hours to order a bunch of food for the weekend and get treated like this.
Unless this long pony hair guy ( never got his name when calling or going in) is fired I would not...

The only reason I'm giving them a three today is that I have had decent experiences in the past. However this evening it was not the case. I order chicken fingers and zucchini. They both showed up burned almost black. The chicken was so over cooked that I had to scrape the coating off and attempt to eat the chicken. I just threw out the zucchini there was no saving it. I called the restaurant to let them know by the time my food arrived they had closed. Someone answered the phone and rudely told me they were closed. I let them know I understood that but had an issue with my order. The guy then rudely said "I'm not sure what to say, I'm sorry what would u like me to do about it?" He eventually said "I guess we can remake it and bring it to u but it's going to take an hour at least." At this point I was over it and ended the call by letting them know I won't be returning...
Read moreSo, I’m not big on reviews, but I just can’t hold back. My husband and I came to La Quinta lnn, Las Vegas as we were finishing our cross country trip. We asked the front desk to recommend a place to eat after many hours on the road. They recommended this place. Ok, fine. I called to place to order something and the person on the phone had no idea where the hotel was although they were recommended by the hotel and the hotel said it was right down the street. By the the third person I talked to, I finally talked to someone who could help me. After I placed my order, he asked how I knew about them and I told them La Quinta Inn recommended them. He seemed surprised and said how nice of them. Gave them my order finally. Sorry to say their white pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. We ordered a medium and had to throw away half of it. My husband said there’s something wrong with this. It was so dry and tasteless. My husband will eat anything and he just couldn’t. I hate to say this, but think twice about this place. Sorry...
