I have been a customer of Kraynak's since I was a little girl! I always ordered flower arrangements from Kraynak's! The last 2 times I ordered I felt I did not get what I paid for! The first incident I ordered an arrangement for my sister. The website pictured a beautiful arrangement, in a vase, with beautiful ribbon around it! When they were delivered... No ribbons! The vase looked plain and bland... Not what I paid for! I called them and just explained that I felt if the website pictured beautiful ribbon on the vase... Then it should be there when delivered! That was it that was all! She apologized and agreed with me and we moved on! Fast forward to 2 days ago. I ordered my niece an arrangement for her birthday. I selected the middle option as Kraynak's offers a standard, middle, and deluxe option! The arrangement was to have beautiful dark pink roses(they were orange), dark pink daisies, miniature pink roses, and bright orange Lilly's! When the arrangement was delivered... The Lilly's hadn't even started to bloom! They are completely tight and green! It makes the whole arrangement look very green! The other flowers are completely bloomed... So by the time the Lilly's even start to bloom... The others will be long dead! So...I called to speak with one of the florests. The first was very nice. She then says let me get a manager for you. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by management ANYWHERE!!! She said,"I can't help when flowers bloom!" I said,"I understand that!" I'm calling to suggest when that happens... Maybe you should call the customer and ask if there is a substitute flower they would want instead🤷🏻♀️ she was nasty, unapologetic, and told me she would have to disagree and maybe I should just take my business elsewhere! I was completely taken back! I never yelled, asked for money off or back, and was just trying to make a suggestion because I felt that the $85.00 flower arrangement I ordered... Was NOT what I received! Very disappointed in the way Kraynak's floral department handled a dissatisfied customer! Read moreWe go to Kraynak’s many times a year. We bring various family members and friends to see the amazing Easter and Christmas lane displays and they have the sweetest little gifts and things to buy. We have only ever had great things to say and I still hold that true with the exception of last night’s visit. Our family went for the second time this year and brought the youngest (who’s in 4th grade) to get a picture with the Easter Bunny… Understandably it was later in the day (around 8pm) but shouldn’t be an excuse - when he had walked down the aisle in the back where The Easter Bunny is, he looked up and noticed that the boy playing the Easter Bunny last night had he head popped off and didn’t put it on until he realized that he had already seen him. It was too late… We had went as a family to get his picture taken but it completely ruined his evening. Our boy tried playing it off with a smile but broke down in tears last night once we got to the car. Little things like that can totally hurt young kids when “slip ups” like that happen. The Easter Bunny should only ever take off his head when he/she is on break and in private. Not just when they don’t think any kids are in the back to see. Hopefully Kraynak’s provides that for them, it was definitely something that required a lot of explaining afterwards. Definitely not something to be proud of and we hope that this is something that can be fixed for future kids who visit. We will be back because we love the place and the environment, however not quite sure if our family will be heading towards the back room anymore where the holiday...
Read moreI cannot believe the owner of the business is going to come out and tell me he cannot return something. Granted, I lost the receipt but had the card that I paid with but his outdated system does not let you look things up, Dave the owner said it is because of the condition of it. Haha which I find hilarious because that’s the condition it was when I bought it and the only reason I bought it in the condition it was in because I was gonna sand it and make it look rustic. I bought it to put my father-in-law’s flag in when he passed away I’ve never done anything with a flag like that. I did not know it was much bigger than the case I got like I said the Dave you’re willing to sell things like this in this condition but you don’t want to take it back so you run a business like that. Well, as a business owner myself, I would hate to lose a customer over one item that he is completely wrong on but now he did, and I will also let my family members know how I was treated and I’m also going to return the $200 worth of kitchen decorations I just bought there. I will buy them someplace else. Hope you’re happy Dave. So beware people be careful what you buy there and that’s not lose that receipt because he don’t want any of his junk back such a terrible...
