I’ve tried to give Lavish the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve visited THREE times and each and every time, my nails NEVER last two weeks. My first visit, I came for a full set. I lost 5 out of 10 nails and had to do another full set in two weeks instead of a fill. The nails Came completely off (as photographed below, although that pink nail was from the second full set) The second full set was beautiful, but I completely lost a nail about ten days after my appointment. My last visit (red set), I got a fill in and the nail replaced. Another aesthetically appealing set, but only THREE days after my visit, my left pointer finger chips while I was reaching for a doorknob at work. I returned to Lavish for them to repair the nail only for them to CHARGE me $10 for the repair! I had to take time out of my schedule to come back to the salon to repair a nail due to lack of quality, and they had the nerve to charge ME. Few days later, my left middle finger chips off, and two days after that, now my left thumb 🤦🏽‍♀️ You can see from the images how thinly the acrylic was applied. I don’t know if my technician was rushing or was intentionally being frugal with product, but I don’t feel Lavish got more time and money out of me and I’m here, once again, with several broken nails. I will NOT be returning here ever again.

I took a group of 8 to Lavish for a girls day to celebrate my two granddaughters birthdays. We all did manicures and pedicures. We had a ball. Everyone was so friendly. They even surprised them with birthday cakes. Everyone at the spa even joined in on the fun. The work was amazing. All the girls loved it. Thank you Lavish for giving all of us an awesome experience and a wonderful memory.

I should have gone with my gut and just waited and gone somewhere else. 8/27 I received a full set and pedicure, by 8/29 I already had a nail lifting. When getting a pedicure specifically you should be able to relax and enjoy the service. Everything was very much rushed and I was only allowed to soak my feet for maybe 5 minutes. The tech doing my pedicure was not thorough at all and literally did the bare minimum in my eyes. It was a pedicure unlike any other I've had. Also while getting my pedicure another tech proceeds to do my nails and it was just way too much. They have no regard for how the customer is feeling comfortability wise. They just rush to get you in and out to get to the next customer. I only recommend this place if you are on a time crunch and have no other option. They seem to be nice and the facility is clean, but the execution just is not there when it comes to customer service and their services in general. With this being my first visit it was much less than exceptional and I do not plan to return.

Best nail salon in the area! I’ve been going here for a while now and I’m always happy with the service and with how my nails and toes come out. There are alot of nail salons in this area and I’ve tried them all. This one has been the one I decided to keep coming back to for a few reasons. I’ll list here:

#1 and most importantly, the staff! The staff and owner are ALWAYS a pleasure. They are always respectful and friendly and that’s incredibly hard to find at nail salons in my experience. Everyone is good at what they do and everyone is friendly and respectful. I can’t stress enough how important that is to me and how much I appreciate that. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, and almost stop getting my nails done all together until I found this place. I’m so serious and take that incredibly serious. Nobody wants to pay money to feel disrespected, and I was tired of it. I was so happy when I found this place and every single staff member was friendly. The owner is so kind and it’s such a pleasure to come here.

#2 The atmosphere. It’s so absolutely beautiful in here. It’s actually really stunning inside and so comfortable. They do a great job of keeping the place very clean and keeping the air fresh. That’s important. You want to have a spa experience when you get your nails done, and the environment is really important. This place does it the best.

#3 Quality work every time. No matter who does my nails I always get quality work. I also feel like that’s hard to find. Most places you go to, someone’s really good and other people not so great. They obviously do a good job training staff or choosing staff. I’ve had multiple people do my nails and every time I’ve been happy. Nobody likes paying money for a bad service and I’ve never walked out of here feeling disappointed, always felt great about how my nails and toes look.

So in my opinion, this is honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to since I moved here from up north, and I will continue to come here. Like I said, I’ve tried all the other salons in the area and this is the one that I choose to continue to...

I thought this was going to be my new go-to salon but unfortunately my most recent visit has made it clear this is not the salon for me. This is my third time coming here to get my nails done and everyone is nice and welcoming, so I thought this was a great find! The salon is clean, well-kept and in a good location. But every time I go, the nail tech rushes the job, even when the store is not busy. They also charged full-set prices for a fill in! They were a bit overgrown but every nail was still intact. When I asked about the pricing I was told that was the cost for a fill-in. Mind you, the nail tech did not even do so much as clip/clean up my cuticles; they literally only gave me a fill-in and gel polish. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and my feet were in the water for maybe 10 seconds before they started working on them. I have been getting my nails done for years and never have I had someone start my pedicure without letting my feet soak; that’s one of the key steps of the spa pedicure. I would’ve been better off paying for a regular pedicure with the results I got paying for a deluxe. They did not even put lotion on my feet after finishing up. It is clear the goal for this salon is to get as many people in and out as fast as possible. I wouldn’t have a problem paying what I paid if the work was done well, and I didn’t feel rushed but it has been like this every time I go....
