Motown Raceway — Attraction in Modesto

It was a very chill environment! I had never been to a place like this before. In fact, NO ONE in my party had ever been to a place like this before! My son turned 4 and loves the movie Cars, and since he wasn't big enough to really appreciate boomers or funworks yet, I still wanted a place with some for of racing available. Motown Raceway was next down my search list of "racetracks near me", and I couldn't have found anything more perfect for the occasion! We arrived and they already had the table cover and center pieces ready for us and I thought I was going to have to do all of the decorating! It was as easy as bringing the food cake and drinks! I don't know who had more fun: The kids all sending the slot cars zipping around the track, or my son trying to chase all the cars in the middle 😅

The owners and other folks in the establishment were all very friendly too! Everyone had their projects going and I realized I forgot to bring a lighter for the birthday candle! Thankfully one of the staff had one handy and saved the day! I'm looking forward...
