This visit was amazing! Always ask for Ms. Kim to wax your eyebrows! Everyone is so nice there, and talented in their own ways. The gentleman there doesn't do eyebrows very well, but wonderful with everything else! MS. KIM! she's a little bit older than the other ladies there, but not by much! she is just so wonderful! Thank you Ms. Kim! UPDATE : Ms Kim is no longer there! But another woman did my eyebrows and she was wonderful! When I go back this week I'll get her name! Like I said, Everyone in this salon does an amazing job at what they are best at! I hate reading some of these negative reviews... Because they are ALL so attentive to each customer. If you end up unhappy with anything at all, you should speak up... Let them know! They are always willing to rectify any mistakes. But people aren't saying anything to their faces... They wait until they are not there and write a very public review that is so negative. I'm just saying, this is a small business... We have to support our small businesses... The internet has made it too easy for people to write some crazy things, but they won't say anything about being unhappy to the people working there first. The internet is a great tool! Use it properly. We all have voices, use your words in the establishment of you are unhappy before leaving. If after that, you are still unhappy then sure... Write a negative review. But they have been around here for a long time now and I know that they are happy to help you with any issues you may have. I'm just saying, think about that before leaving such terrible reviews, because they may have no idea that you were unhappy to begin with & that's not very fair. Especially when they are more than happy to fix any problems. Good...

I've been here two times and both times were bad experiences Price wise they are over charging for their capabilities First time I went the lady smelled like she was drinking wine or Champaign and was even hiccuping and having trouble speaking She took a very long time to do my nails and hurt me multiple times My hands nails shapes did not match each other either and had some longer than the other I was very upset

Then the 2nd time I went The lady I will say was very loud and talkative which isn't a big issue to me because so am I but she was also very ghetto and talking about inappropriate things although she was kind I feel she was very unprofessional she also didn't give me a brand new set like I had asked instead she gave me a fill in and due to that my nails ended up lifting so bad and breaking I could see in-between the acrylic and my real nail also since she didn't give me a new set my real nails were way over grown I did not feel clean which was the purpose of me getting them changed was to feel fresh She was very nice she just didn't do her job properly multiple times during the service she did my nails procedures a little different and I remember her say so that she likes to do them different and I wasn't opposed to it cuz she said it like she was confident like she was gonna do a good job that would last They were pretty and sharp but didn't not last a weak because they were not on properly

When I went to my other nail spot the lady felt so bad trying to take the nails off because she could do so with out hurting me because the girl didn't...

Regrettably, I have to give this nail salon a single star – if a zero-star rating were available, it would be fitting. My visit here was plagued by disappointing and alarming issues. The nail technician rushed through the service only to spend most of the time absorbed in her phone. The gems applied during the service barely lasted, thanks to their poor application.

But the most concerning aspect was the damage done to my toenails. It took an agonizing six months for my nails to grow back to their original shape after being grossly altered here. The extent of the alteration was so severe that my new nail technician expressed concern about the risk of intentional ingrown toenails due to excessive cutting along the sides.

This experience has been nothing short of distressing considering HOW EXPENSIVE everything is the work should match the price . The lack of attention to detail, disregard for proper nail care, and potential risk of harm are severe issues that should not be overlooked. It's essential for a nail salon to prioritize the health and satisfaction of its clients, which unfortunately was not evident...
