Realy loved the zoom kd 12 shoes. Whats the use. The prices are completely out of reach to buy for anyone or someone that doesnt make much income. Hardly there was anything on sale and even the clearance shoes are $120, $170 and more. Whats the point in going to an outlet store and going through those clearance sections.
If Nike is only for rich people and for giving huge contracts to celebrity players, then I will never step into another Nike store or buy anything or cant afford to buy. Crazily expensive and I am disappointed though I owned so many Nike shoes and apparels over the years. I guess I will resort to Puma as it is budget friendly and watch Nike ads on tv for now. As is Nike is losing all the new and upcoming players contracts, lets see who they will sign for 100 million plus contract next. Nike Stop paying the boosters of Oregon ducks and giving 100 millions of dollars to sports players just for wearing your shoes. Instead make prices affordable. Brand is losing its value and soon will lose market also. Addidas,Under armor, Reebok and Puma have chewed up your market. The brand is not about giving life time contracts to sports players, its all about being a house hold name where son and dad can wear Nike shoes, apparel and go to the court and feel that we are also part of Nike's success. But thats not the case. Nike you are greedy and lets see your...
Read moreI recently visited this Nike factory store and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The store had a terrible selection of products, and the overall appearance of the store was shoddy and unkempt.
One of the biggest issues was the understaffing of the store. There were very few employees available to assist customers, and those that were there seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide adequate customer service. This made it difficult to find the products I was looking for, and I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase.
Additionally, the store itself was very disheveled. The displays were messy and disorganized, and it was difficult to navigate the store in a way that made sense. This made the shopping experience even more frustrating, as it was hard to find what I was looking for.
Overall, my experience at the Nike factory store was extremely negative, and I would not recommend it to others. The poor selection of products, understaffing, and disheveled appearance of the store all combined to create a shopping experience that was frustrating and unpleasant. If you are looking for high-quality Nike products, I would recommend...
Read moreId give this place 0 stars for their customer service if I could. Below is my experience with them:
My wife got me slides for Christmas via Nike online They sent us the pair but each slide was a different size Given order was made online and that my local Nike store was 40 mins away, I called the store to confirm the return could be done in person They confirmed that they accept returns I show up and they discover that each slide is a different size and therefore the product is “defective” Because considered “defective”, they told me that they could not accept the return and that I’d have to return via my local post office When back home, I called customer service and they told me “hey you should have just called us while in store, we would have processed the return”
Spent 40 mins driving there, 40 mins driving back, 25 mins waiting for rep to answer phone. Incredibly...
