Paid for 30 mins in the chair. And the woman who gave me the massage went above and beyond she popped every part of my back literally. She was very attentive of where I needed rougher or softer pressure. I was so surprised that my back was so bad the amount of pops I heard was crazy. I think that others in the reviews didn’t speak their mind as far as their level of comfort because she was sure to ask me if I was okay. 😌 I also understand how some could say that they are demanding they try to convince you to buy more time or for others accompanying you to get a massage. But they are very good at what they do and I feel like the money was well spent. I have always received a smile and have overall had a pleasant experience. It’s a small business that might not always meet there quota so it is their job to promote their services of course. They also provide mask for the customers now although it is not optional. The guy who massaged me was very aggressive. I didn’t not ask for deep tissue but that’s what I got. The whole massage was unbearably painful and not at all relaxing. I kept telling him it was too hard but since he didn’t speak English he kept doing it hard. As a matter of fact he went even harder. I walked out of there with pain all over I didn’t have when I walked in. Today is the next day and I am hurting so bad from my neck all the way down to my thighs. My glutes are the worst. I come from Georgia every now and than for an event and me and my friend always stop at this mall for a massage. I’ve never have an issue until today. The massage wasn’t the best and it hurt as well. I paid for the service and he asked for a tip I told him no because I didn’t enjoy it and it hurt. When my friend went to pay he yelled across the room “HEY!!! HEY!!!
