Over the weekend I visited this place with a friend after a long week of school work. First and foremost when I walked through the door and greeted the cashier she completely ignored me and I should've walked out at the point but I didn't and proceeded to purchase. I asked for a chocolate waffle ice cream, she asked me to confirm it but I was not aware of her incapability to understand what I am saying to check the flavor and make sure its correct. When my ticket was called I was given a coffee ice cream which was obviously not what I asked for, so one lady came out and I said "excuse me" and was rudely ignored, then a man came out and I confronted him with the mistake but he literally brushed me off and said , "well you should've confirmed it" and said "check with the cashier", then the manager came out and immediately started saying "you confirmed the order" so basically that's what I get , I tried to get a refund but was denied, I even would have accepted the ice cream I asked for instead but they weren't trying to resolve the issue at all. Overall the experience was horrible they were so rude and not understandable at all, and they took nothing into consideration, proudly, also I forgot to mention the ice cream was 13.44 and totally not worth it. I truly despise places that project this type of behavior to customers that are paying their hard working money , and I plan to take further action in the future, so if you come across this review and have experienced something similar at this store, give me an email and we can work together to take...
Read moreI have been coming to Panda Tea House for almost a year now. My honest opinion place makes the best bubble tea in the area. I have tried almost all of flavors available. I personally like the avocado shake.
On a side note, I have seen kids coming in the store stealing masks, souvenirs and random things from the wall. They were very disrespectful and rude to the employees, especially to the asian lady. It’s tough to run a business especially sometimes by herself but the uneducated, no class, ghetto customers always try to get over on her. So there was one occasion, she offered free hot chocolate if you buy something. This guy came into the store with two of his friends and bought 1 macaroon. He demanded 6 free hot chocolate drinks. She was nice enough to offer 3 since there were three of them. The raised hell and dared for her to call the police. I was there as a customer, I tried to intervene but they also threatened to fight me. At the end of it, she gave them 6 hot chocolate drinks. In sense, if you want or demand for respect, you must show or earn it to get some back. It seems like certain type of people ask for the world to respect them but some of their own kind don’t do anything to improve or gap the bridge. Sorry for ranting, but it was frustrating to go to a calm and nice establishment to grab a drink and have a convo with the employees but I had to encounter such stupidity.
On the last note, did I mention that their drinks and finger food are great? Don’t take mine or other People’s review. Come and experience...
Read moreWe ordered a mango milk tea yesterday. The cup was blown up by its own and had a long split on the side. The tea spilled on the floor quickly. We explained to the staff and asked for the napkins. A young lady gave us 2-3 pieces of napkins. You can image how messy a cup of tea could make. we said "excuse me" couples of times, trying to ask for more napkins. But the staff pretended not hear us. I was standing there with patience and waited for three group of customers to finish their orders. But the staff just pretended not see us. We were trying to clean the mess on the ground, in case somebody stepped on it and fell down. The staff just ignored us. I raised my voice to say "is there anybody listening?". Another lady replied "we are busy!". I know you are busy, but at least you can say "I am sorry. and thank you for cleaning the floor. We will take care of it". But they just pretend we did not exist and did not say a word when I said "Excuse me" so many times. Actually, they should refund us or make a new tea for us. because the last one obviously was cup was over pressurized, when using straw to make a hole on the lid, it blew up. We did not drop or cut the cup. I even cleaned the chairs and table with the napkin I carried in my bag. I asked for more napkin to clean the floor. The staff pretended they did not know anything. When it happened, there were only us in the shop and they were not busy. I am so unhappy about their customer service. I never teach my kids not to answer when somebody is talking to them. So...
