Gaylord National Harbor — Attraction in Oxon Hill

Love this venue. Would come here for Katsucon every year for a while. The natural lighting and beautiful interior of the building makes great photoshoot backdrops. I was shocked to see the lower coming off because of a thunderstorm. Convention area evacuated, escalators off ... I thought there would be generators. The next day power went off in the rooms, for no apparent reason, and it stayed off for a few hours. Marriott Bonvoy customer service was sympathetic, but the hotel staff was passive-aggressive about it and were visibly annoyed that...
