Pierce and Belle at Home — Attraction in Spring

I came in the shop to buy some tops and dresses. Someone greeted me from the far right side of the store but never came over and spoke to me. I tried on about 10 pieces of clothing. No one showed me the dressing room and no one asked me if I wanted to try something on and no one came out to see if I liked anything to to get me a different size. The two ladies working there, never left from behind the counter on the far right side of the room, and I was shopping for clothes on the left side, where the dressing room is. . I did buy two tops but I would’ve purchased much more if they would have helped me. It is a very cute shop with nice prices but experience is everything and it was not a good day for that. The ladies only wanted to talk to each other and didn’t budge from behind the cash register. I had the pleasure of meeting Anne yesterday afternoon. Her store has the cutest variety of decor and ladies clothing in town. I had questions about the wide variety of chalk paints her store carries. I feel that she gave me a very honest overview of each brand considering the fact that I asked about brands she doesn't carry. She had nothing to gain in sharing her knowledge with me. Yet she was kind enough to take the time to make sure I got my questions answered. I did buy some soap for my husband that I cannot find close to home in Dallas. I will always stop in to shop at Pierce and Belle when I am near Spring. And now that I feel confident in which chalk paint to buy...I can't wait to begin painting some custom pieces. Thank you...

Anne is very knowledgeable about all of the products in her store. I purchased a couple of pairs of ladies shoes for my moms birthday online and she made the entire process as smooth as silk.
