The good part: I went into the store 20 minutes before it closed and already knew the bedroom set that I wanted based off the price busters website, so I picked it out and was quickly sat down to discuss prices, got my credit ran, and got approved. Madelyn girl who assisted me was very friendly through the whole process she even gave me a complimentary memory foam pillow. We worked out a payment plan and set a date for my furniture to arrive and luckily it would come 4 days after I had ordered it! I was so excited. The BAD: when my furniture arrived on Friday September the 6th the delivery guys rushed in and threw my furniture in my house not caring where I wanted it. I was very confused because I specifically asked Madelyn when I paid the $50 delivery fee would they put my furniture together and she said yes, but maybe it was miscommunication because when the delivery guys came they just dropped all these boxes off and left. Ok cool I have to put this furniture together myself now! I took my bed frame and headboard out the boxes and realize Iām missing a piece to my headboard. At this time itās late at night so I have to wait until the morning when the store is open to call. I call and the girl who answered was rude she didnāt care I was missing a piece or upset about the delivery guys she Put me on hold for ten minutes, so I hung up and called again no answer. I had to go to work so the next day the same thing happened except i think the same girl told me to email customer service I asked if she could just email them because they made the mistake on their end she put me on hold again. I hung up and called again Jason the manager answered. I told him the situation he said email that number and send the pictures of the missing pieces and call him back. I did what he said and called back. He then told me when he would be getting truck delivery and heāll let me know when I can COME get the piece!! I told him I donāt have a car and work all week and itās not my fault they left out the piece Iām the buyer I should be able to get it delivered just like before. He said he would let me know when it arrived on Thursday. Today is Thursday the 12th of September almost a whole week since I got my furniture. Iām so irritated with the customer service, the lack of service, I call these people and itās like they forget to return my calls about a mistake THEY made! I donāt feel like they care at all after they get your money thatās it!! So just be prepared for missing pieces and waiting a long time to actually talk to somebody about it. They act so friendly and lie and say theyāll give you a call back or tell the manager you called but doesnāt happen. I never got a email back and had to keep calling the store over and over again. Iām so over this. I honestly wanna return...

During: The prices are slightly lower but itās for a reason, my couch is not very comfortable. BE AWARE, they will ask you to write them a review while you are in the middle of being rung up which makes for a very awkward experience and is part of the reason they have so many good reviews since all you have to go off of at that point are the low prices.
After: The delivery is inconvenient because they only deliver Monday-Friday during business hours and you have to be home. They also will not give you a general time frame until the day of when they will call you an hour or two before the delivery. I will say they did try to accommodate my request to come in the afternoon so that I could at least go to work in the morning, which I appreciated. The paperwork from the store specifically says to inspect the furniture before signing for it. When I said this to the delivery men they looked at me like Iād grown a third head. Iām not sure why they wouldnāt be familiar with their own companies policy? The real issue came up when a rug I had paid for in the store and was assured would come with my delivery, never showed up. Apparently they no longer delivered rugs, which was fine except that the Price Busters management team refuses UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, no matter what they are, to give you a refund. I tried my best to explain that it would be very difficult for me to get back to their store and that I didnāt want to take another day off work to wait for a delivery so the best option for me would be a refund. I went back and forth over several calls and emails until they eventually stopped responding. (Also, their pre-written, canned response left me unsure that they were even reading my emails!) At this point, since I thankfully used a credit card, I disputed it with my credit card company and eventually got a refund for the rug I never received. Advice: USE A CREDIT CARD!! And take your time to be very sure about your purchase because once you pay you will not get your money back for absolutely any reason except through extreme measures.
So, overall I give them two stars for their low priced furniture and ok shopping experience but terrible customer service and the awkward experience of being asked for a good review. Would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn store experience is kinda blah. They try to get you to build your own package without actually discounting anything such as the packages online. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Those online packages are as is and the only way to get a deal. Now the young lady was helpful as I was a tad indecisive. However when it was time for me to pay she quoted me a higher price than what was listed online. When I asked she said she would honor the online price but seemed irritated. The stores are very limited so online is the better option.
Now. I will say one positive is that when I changed my mind about my furniture one week prior to the delivery they obliged. (I came in to measure the furniture because the measurements aren't online. It wasn't going to be a comfy fit so they allowed me to change my order).
This is why I give them 2 stars. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOu open each package and look at everything. If you can install it before you sign. Once you sign that is it! š© I just assumed since I received all the boxes that all was well. The bed frame pieces are not aligned properly to allow correct installation. The dresser came with the drawers thrown in at a downward angle causing damage just to take them out. It was a mess. I am extremely disappointed. I just can't imagine that furniture doesn't go through some type of inspection or quality control prior to being boxed up.
Now. Upon speaking with the leasing company you will also fnd that unless you pay it off in 3 months you will be paying almost double the amount of your purchase.
