Rainforest Black Light Golf & Arcade — Attraction in Panama City Beach

One of the best places in Panama City Beach! I cannot recommend this place enough; they truly love kids and families! We came on a day when they were really busy and purchased the black light mini golf to play with our almost 2 year old. The line was long to play, and of course my toddler not understanding, did not have any patience to wait. We were going to leave, but one of the sweet ladies behind the front desk saw us and offered us 2 free tickets to come back another day since we didn’t get to play after purchasing, and it was the absolute kindest gesture! You can tell this is a family-friendly place. Then when we did come back, Gina (I remembered her name because she was so friendly and helpful) helped us get set up with our toddler so that he could experience the black light mini golf, even though it was again a little busy. They go out of their way to ensure customers have a great experience! Also to add, we were playing one of the claw games with our son and let him push the button to drop the claw and win a prize, which it didn’t pick up anything- luck of the draw. But the kind, older gentleman behind the desk cheerfully came up to him and gave him a little consolation prize, which was a cute, colorful ball that my son absolutely loved! This place is indoor and air conditioned to start lol. The prices were cheaper than the outdoor ones but as we seen the courses were smaller and shorter. It was our 1st time at a black light putt putt but it was cool. Everything was great till the last 2 or 3 holes. There was a really large group behind us and they had one child that would skip ahead and catch up to us and follow us and watch and try to talk and I have autoimmune diseases and wasn't expecting folks to be that close to my face and we were the only ones there when we started so I left my mask in my car and I've almost died from COVID once so I have to be careful and it gets my anxiety up. I nearly had an anxiety attack and had to rush to get out of there. That little girl on the last hole cut in front of my last 2 sons then proceeded to wait there and wouldn't keep her distance from me. I didn't want to be or seem rude but God forbid I get sick and die I was just trying to be careful of my health. I'm a single mom so I'm all my boys have. After a long day of surveying mini golf courses in the area to take our son to during the summer, We showed up late to the rainforest black light mini golf but we were still treated with the VIP experience. The staff was more than friendly and showed us all the different amenities available and let us take a sneak peek at the mini golf course, so that we could bring our son back the next weekend to share in some family fun. As avid mini golfers, we are always looking for a fun new challenging course and we cannot wait until this weekend to try this one out. Even though we didn’t get to play on our original visit, everyone was so kind and we had such fun in the arcade. It was reasonably priced, and the tickets were flowing..
