The second worst Motel we ever stayed in! The room we stayed in had such a moldy smell to it. The carpet was disgusting and filthy, (to the owners defense they did tell my husband that it was going to be pulled out of that room when we left.) It was supposed to be a non-🚬 smoking 🚬 room. When you don't smoke you can tell the difference between non-smoking and a smoking 🚬 room! The room reeked of cigarettes! It was pet friendly I will give them that and that is all they deserve. Are dog is a female weighs 9 lbs and is 8 yrs old She is trained and only goes to the bathroom outdoors. So bottom line DO NOT CHECK ✔ IN TO THE EXECUTIVE INN YOU WILL REGRET IT... NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID!. One last little bit of info On Christmas morning. The most blessed day of the year it was 7 am and I walked down to the front desk. That's where the owner or the lady that ran the place told my husband, the day before,(fresh coffee every morning but we don't have Breakfast). So on the front door a note was attached that read: if the door is locked ring doorbell once and someone will be with you shortly. So I RANG doorbell once and waited 10 minute In which I thought was long enough. So I 🚶 walked back to our room which was not a short 🚶 walk I might add.. I gave her another half hour and returned . Surely she would be opened now, No I figured wrong , so I rang the doorbell once again about 5 minutes She came from where she must reside and still not unlocking the door for me and wishing me a "MERRY CHRISTMAS", She does what ever she was doing (I guess making the coffee)turns toward the door Rips the note off the door, unlocks the door looks me up and down from head to toe with such a nasty look and says, "Yeah what do you want"!" I said we Are in room 216 and my husband told me that you gave fresh coffee every morning. She says yeah its not done yet. So I said or at least tried to That's ok can I wait? Before I could get those word's out of my mouth I hear the very same door she came out of SLAM! With tears streaming down my face, I said "Merry Christmas" to you and yours. (I Was talking 👄 to myself, remember she was already gone) but it made me feel better I guess.....

Shout out to that delightful clean young staff member who did a fantastic job on the cleaning of room 216 For the next day over 2000 yrs ago in the city of David, A child would be born, a Savior they would call Christ the Lord..and the...
Read moreif you have a service dog, do not stay here!!! So I got there an hour early, which was no problem, I just wanted to make sure I had everything ready to go for checkin, because every hotel is different here. Their ATM did not take my card, so I drove over to Walgreens, which was not a big deal to get out the amount of cash that the front desk woman told me to get out because you have to put down a deposit for damages and stuff like that, which is understandable. so after coming back, I was giving her my money and everything and told her that I had a service animal and then she followed up to say that my deposit would actually be higher because I had a pet. Which is illegal. If your pet is a service animal and is registered, they are not allowed to charge you a higher deposit so then I had to go back to Walgreens to get more cash out when I came back the line was extremely long and I had to be somewhere at a certain time, but I wanted to get this handled so I waited in line and then they wanted Records and other documents that are also illegal to ask for. which I have those, but it was the principle at this point because I had already been treated poorly, not by the front desk, woman, but by the policies of this hotel. It is quite literally illegal then someone accused me of breaking in line, which is not the hotel’s fault necessarily, but I was not taken care of at all, and I was there before everyone I don’t mean to sound like a Karen, but this was quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel then I tried to get a refund from booking.com because that is what the front desk lady said to do because I asked for one and they normally do not do those, but she said they would do it no problem I called booking and after staying on hold with them for a while, they said that they could not get in touch with the hotel to get an answer if they could issue a refund or not I had to go through this process three times for it to finally go through. Do not stay at this place. I in fact, did not break in line, and I let the lady go in front of me anyways. I kept a cool and calm attitude the whole time, even though I was highly frustrated, but after the whole refund fiasco, I was highly annoyed. I never leave reviews, but this was such an...
Read more$100 cash deposit, 10am checkout (post on a sign on the reception desk but not explained during checkin) and charges for late checkout (they said maybe they can approve 11am for free but would tell for sure until the next morning).
Old school motel that was cleaned well but WOW, was it worn down old. Toilet seat, broken tiles in bathroom etc must have been 50 years old at least. Behind bathroom door was a hole in the wall and my room door had been repaired due to an obvious breaking (as well as a hole in the wall patched next to the door, YIKES!).
If money is the main concern, it was the cheapest I seen on Expedia.
Bed was soft but had a dip in the middle. Had enough pillows that I slept well enough.
AC worked but not well (old units) and you couldn't turn on the continuous fan for some white noise while sleeping. Others staying their looked a bit rough. Mostly single men, some with billowing pot smoke smells coming from their rooms, a few younger couples trying to get some Zzz while on a road trip (because my AC fan wouldn't stay on I could hear the conversations outside my window lol).
My room had a connecting door. I don't like those ever but they don't bother me too much if they're purposely soundproofed. I could hear my neighbor way to well. They were polite but I knew when their dog was eating and the clanging of his collar on the metal bowl and when the TV was on (at a normal volume).
I would only recommend this motel if in a pinch or price was critical.
I think it's sketchy practice when you can't use a CC to secure a deposit and they insist on cash (but probably is a result of the types of people staying there and not taking care of their rooms). No telling how many normal people loose their deposit by forgetting to pick it up the next day.
They did have lots of cameras which the reception showed me to nicely point out all the facilities (or was it a warning to potential thieves to not steel lol?...not sure).
INAPPROPRIATELY NAMED THE EXECUTIVE INN, THIS PLACE CERTAINLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED "X-CONVICTS IN"- but cleanliness and cheap price, Ill give it a second star (and the pool looked nice and clean actually). No way it deserves the 3+ star rating based on the...
