Summer Breeze Motel — Hotel in Panama City Beach

Should be a 0 star option Well my fiance and i drove down from Indiana for vacation at Panama City beach. Before even entering our room, there were children doing drugs on the stairs and drinking outside and being loud. Knowing it was spring break season, it didn't bother me or anything. First room we had was disgusting. The door was missing a dead bolt lock. There were beetles crawling everywhere. Previously squished ones as well. While i was searching for a hair dryer, i found a used hypodurmic NEEDLE! The bathroom had hairs in it. Toilet paper roll was not changed.(I have pictures) we then headed to the office to request another room instead of just leaving. Get to inspect the room and it looked "better". Still the dead bolt was bent out of place so no way of safely locking the door. After awhile i discovered blood spatter under the bathroom sink! I felt like i shouldn't have had to inspect the room under every crevasse and sink. That night, my fiance and I called several hotels but all of them, yes i mean all of them, were booked. We had no choice but to stay. The next morning at check out, i asked the woman working the desk if i could speak to the manager. She got his attention and he then avoided us. Finally getting the chance to talk to him i showed him the pictures i took so he knew i wasn't lying. I asked for a refund but he told me "you stayed. Why would you stay then?" Even after showing him those pictures, he didn't look the slightest bit grossed out or disturbed. After telling him i was going to contact the health department, he gave me only 20 dollars back. I concluded that he and everyone who worked there knew that those things happen all the time. The needle and blood spatter isn't a cleaning maids issue. Its a health hazard issue and i told him that. I hope no one continues to go to this place. Especially if you have kids or pets with you. They could get hurt or deadly sick from this place. This place needs to be shut down. NO ONE SHOULD STAY...

I was almost attacked and chased after to second floor by a bottom floor room residents gone crazy and making threats I was civil and had walked away cops were called said I did nothing wrong and they waited for cops to leave and kicked me out I work everyday for a year on beach and I’m starving to death sleeping on street they gave a 20 dollar bill and other 20 dollar next morning haven’t got a single penny since and was not the aggressor or had been found of any wrong doing hadn’t said one thing to me these people are evil crooks who kick h out and don’t give u money back took my money for a week first day but say I wait for 10 days but bank showing it’s gone I’m over drawn I will be out there this weekend on street public street with sign crooks the made me homeless for no fault or wrong doing never warned cops told me to my face I did no wrong other party were aggressors and as I write this I’m dizzy from hunger I hope u feel good about yourselves for doing this to me it’s your right to kick me out with no warning well u don’t own street and I’m gonna have my active attorneys from getting ran over just down street in hit and run couldn’t even make my orthopedic doctor for my fractured back two process fractures and head injury stitches I was victim of a hit and run few months ago so my attorneys can recommend something I’m sure mental anguish and pain and suffering and loss of work since if u just would do right thing gone money back I wouldn’t be here but u so this to all the poor...
