Do NOT do business here, they will double charge your card and then tell you it's up to you to dispute it.
Their employee made it right to begin with and then management stepped in. They started the conversation off by belittling myself and their employee who is disabled.
Then thejr management accused me of stealing a game of golf infront of my wife and kids, then when offered contact information proceeded to claim I was going to provide false information. Again doing this in front of my family.
To top it off, they sent an employee to take a picture of our license plate further harassing myself and my family.
As of today they've not only had the original charge post to my account(as it should have, we played golf and did the maze which we paid for) they made a second unauthorized charge as of yesterday to my account.
Instead of trying to be civil they've said it is not their issue and if I feel the double charge is incorrect to contact my bank and dispute it as it is not their problem. They continue to claim they issued a refund for the second charge when in reality they've just charged me a second time.
As you can see in the photos the original charge was twice on July 19th, one charge got refunded that night. It posted as it should have on July 21st. They then took it upon themselves to charge me again on July 22nd. With no authorization from me or even trying to investigate the issue they've done this.
There is no refund pending, they refuse to issue a refund and as I've said, flatly refuse to do anything but tell me to dispute it with my bank or even admit how it was handled was wrong.
UPDATE: As seen in the provided photo the second charge was found to be unauthorized and fraudulent. It took canceling my debit card and causing issues with account use to resolve what should have been a simple issue.

So that being said one night on our trip my boyfriend and I went to this place and it actually ended up being a great night. However, being that this place is the latest putt putt place that stays open in the area on our last night here we brought back 9 people and paid to play both courses! It was about 10:30 when we got there and they close at 11:30 and I asked the lady if there was enough time to play both courses and she stated as long as it was paid for by the time they close that we could do both courses. By the time we were able to get through the first course it was already after closing and I was polite enough to ask if we could either get a refund on the course we didn't do or play the second course being the first night while we were there they were still accepting people literally a minute before they closed. Meaning at 11:29 they had people on course #1 out of 18. They told me that they could not give me a refund and that we could not play the second course because they were already closed. They told us we could come back tomorrow but I explained to them we leave tomorrow and they didn't care and they didn't give us our money back! So if you go here please make sure you have time to do what you pay to do especially if it's a last minute thing on your last night because they will pocket your money and give you a "free game token" that you most likely won't be able to use until the next time you're able to come back on another vacation or won't use at all because let's be real whose going to hold onto that for that long. Our receipt shows that we purchased the "pay once" option (2 golf courses and the maze) at 10:37 on Wednesday night. Coconut Creek closes at 11:30, and we were aware we would not be able to finish all 3 activities. Before purchasing the "pay once" option, we made sure to ask if we would be able to come back and finish whatever activities we didn’t get to do. The girl at the register assured us that we could come back the next day to finish playing what we PAID for. She never told us there was a specific time frame (which we now know is 5 PM) to come back the next day. Obviously, we would have came back before 5 PM the next day had we known there was a time frame. I mean, who pays $56.20 to only play one activity out of three you PAID for? We come back on Thursday (next day) to finish the second course and maze. The girl at the register was very rude and not helpful at all. In fact, her words were, "uh I can’t do anything about it". Keep in mind, this is $56.00 we paid. We finally ask to speak to a manager, and we still were not satisfied. He only allowed us to pick one or the other to finish playing, golf or the maze. With all of this being said, we paid $56.20 and weren’t allowed to play everything we paid for.
