Verizon was not busy at all and I was helps within the first second of entering the store to flash over my apps, contacts, etc. to my new phone/phone provider through AT&T to were amazing. The second I walked into the AT&T store there is somebody already at the door waiting to help me and it took him probably 15 minutes to set up my phone, run my credit card and pay off my phone. Unlike Verizon, where it usually takes 1–3 days to sync all your apps to your new phone, the second I got a new number and signed into my Apple account, everything was downloaded within 10 minutes. When I ask for my money back the manager this blavk dude i think marque or something tells ne he cant do refunds unless his general manager is there. I sat in the drive thru for 20 min before i decided to call another manager from a dif. burger king who says on speaker he's lying...
