TERRIBLE FOOD! Terrible service! DIRTY RESTAURANT I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in with an open mind, excited to try this place out while ordering I tried to bypass the mediocre service. So we get the food and everything came out oddly fast. The broth was very unflavored. I thought it was strange that there was teriyaki sauce in my chicken ramen. But i just ignored it. While we were eating the kitchen started smoking like really bad and it was so bad my kids had mentioned their eyes were starting to hurt. It was very unpleasant and they didn’t prop a door open. But the WORST part of my experience is when I had to take my toddlers to use the bathroom 4 bites into our food. We had to leave our food unattended since it was just myself with my 2 toddlers. We practically just got our food and within 3 mins of being in the bathroom and went back to our table and our food was completely gone and the waiter apologized. But it wasn’t genuine at all. Then he talked to the owner of the restaurant i think his name was Emmanuel and he was very non sympathetic of the whole situation while I was explaining everything he cut me off and said I understand then gave me attitude when I asked for my money back. Emmanuel was very unprofessional and not helpful. He didn’t care about that my kids were left half fed due to his employees and tried to negotiate with me to give me only 15 dollars after our total was 35. His problem solving skills and customer service were no where near par. Hi everyone! it was so cold today Dec 20 2021, so I thought I would try some yummy hot Ramen and order a couple other items just to try out the flavor! So there's a really good little restaurant that ya gotta try. It's so busy there, so that's when you know it's gotta be good. Ok, I'm Asian so of course I'm a vegetable lover. The Vegan Ramen is soooo flavorful and each bite was a mouthful of delicious veggies. Even the ramen is veggie ramen. Wait, I got the California Rolls too, and the size of each roll were generous and the taste was scrumptious! It gets better! Oh my goodness! The steaming hot Beef Bowl was soooo delicious, reminded me of Filipino food, especially with that white rice cooked so good.YUMMY!!! Check out my photos, and maybe you'll love it too. (My daughter ordered the Mina Rolls and the Crunchy Rolls, she scarfed them down like there was no tomorrow! I didn't even have a chance to take photos. She said they were SUPER good!) Oh, and the price is really a deal for what you're getting. Sh!! Not sure how long they can hold these low prices! (They should be charging more). Catch it while it's hot!)

First time eating here and sadly disappointed in their poor customer service and bland tasting ramen. I decided to finally try restaurant because it had good reviews and conveniently on my way from work. First impression, the gentleman at the register did not bother to greet me, so I said hello and told him I would be dining in. Then he turned around. He didn't ask to take my order, or offer me a menu, or suggested I take a seat. I went to sit down and waited for him to say anything or acknowledge me but he didn't. So I stood up and went up to the register and asked him if I could order and he just looked up at me and waited for me to order. He tendered my transaction then walked away again. It was evident that he had no customer service skills what so ever.

The ramen I ordered was the pork Tonkotsu ramen. The presentation was appealing and I was served fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the broth had no flavor and was bland even after adding soy souce it still had no flavor. The pork chashu looked more like bacon but lacked all flavor, and was not savory at all. Overall dissatisfied with the absence of umami that ramen is known for.
