I received 6 calls throughout the course of a day from a phone number I did not recognize. The 3rd time I started answering the phone when they called through. The person was speaking Spanish and kept asking for planned parenthood. My Spanish is mediocre on a good day. The sixth time they called through from this number they spoke English and asked "is this Planned Parenthood?". I explained to them this is the sixth time they have called I asked why they are still calling me I have already instructed them how they can reach Planned Parenthood. This is the point where the female began cursing at me. Every other word they said was the F word. " F you mother F'er because this is the mother F'ing number they gave me so F you" the woman screamed at me on the phone. I then just hung up the phone realizing this person was crazy. I Googled the phone number just to see who I had been speaking with. I was astonished to find it was the number for this CARLS JR location! I thought to myself this can not be right this must be CARLS JR's old number. I called the number just to check and see where it went. To my amazement it was actually THIS CARL'S JUNIOR LOCATION! This means there is an employee that was on the clock working here using company time and their phone to call Planned Parenthood. Keep in mind this was not one call there were a total of 6 calls throughout the entire day. The manager, Amy, obviously was not keeping a close eye on her employees and their activities. I can not believe the employee was stupid enough to call me from the company number which is a public number and speak to me in this manner. I spoke with the manager and corporate regarding this matter. I truly hope they deal with this matter in an appropriate manner. I really hope they fire the employee as their actions are a direct reflection on Carls Junior since they were calling from their number while on the clock. The question I pose: If the manager is letting things like phone calls on company time from the company number go unnoticed, what else is going unnoticed? I would not trust the operations at this store at the current time I think there is probably much room for improvement. I must say their corporate customer service was excellent. I really hope they follow up with me regarding this matter as they...
Read moreIf I could rate this a 0 star I would have, I just wanted to share my experience today at this Carl’s Jr.
Today earlier my husband and my sister and my 6 month old daughter walked into this Carl’s Jr to grab a bite, as we walked in I noticed “Paul” he was running the front register, as we walked in I noticed he looked over his shoulder looked at us and rolled his eyes and whispered something under his breathe, he seemed so bothered, like if we did something wrong to him. I ignored it, but my husband noticed too, anyways we let it go, and continued deciding what we wanted to order, never got a welcome or any acknowledgment from Paul what’s so ever, he seems very bother that we were there, mind you, no one was in line we were the only ones, so finally it was time to order, he walks up to the counter didn’t make eye contact nor welcomed us at all and he said very rudely and faint “can I help you” and I ask him if we did something wrong to bother him?, I ask him if he needed to step back a bit to calm down or take a breather because I knew working in a fast food restaurant was frustrating, he Replied “NO what do you want !” He scared my 6 month old daughter , and that’s when I asked for a manger.
Paul is very rude, very unprofessional, is definitely not a good asset to this company at all, they should FIRE Paul immediately because that location will lose a lot of customers & business if he continues there. I really hope corporate get this review and does something about Paul. Because a person like him does not deserve a job there...
Read moreTonight, I came here hungry, but was plenty mad when I got home! Its possible she misunderstood and thought I wanted the rings from the western burger on the side because of my request to hold the onion rings on the burger and asking for an order of onion rings, - but I sure as heck wouldn't pay the full price of the burger and then pay full price for an order of rings...for two rings!!! Attention: Store owners, managers, workers - it may be a common thing, but when a customer feels a need to check their order at the window, they are pretty much telling you one of two things; they either think you are incompetent or untrustworthy - in this case I believe it was both. So, be warned; if you're ever in the CJ drive thru in Rancho SD and the line isn't moving, that's because I actually decided to give this store another try, but I am at the window, thoroughly going through my bag to make sure that I don't get screwed over again...and I ain't moving, until I'm done! Sorely disappointed - I only picked a star to...
