I am from San Antonio, Texas was in town for Disney World and just stoped by did not expect to get any real help. As in Texas they really don't know what they are really selling you and just guess.

I hope I spell your name right Mary was the most informed and help person I have ever found at a smoke shop. I would drive from Texas a 16hr drive just to get more and ask questions.

After talking to her I know she was just not just about making the sell and getting me out the door. After talking to her I also decided to got a vap for the stuff to.

Sadly the battery I had pick would not hold charge and I came in the next day she got off at 4pm and waited for me to show up after she was off to stay there to help me switch out for new battery for one that worked before leaving the store.

I have 4 years customer service management experience and Mary is a shining star above the rest. Helpful and knows what she's is talking about.

I might have come for Disney but I will be coming back to the Red Dragon as soon as I can make the 16hr trip again.

Had the best experience with this place. My family and I are staying at Disney and my mod crapped out. Bad situation, right? Red Dragon saved the day. They were so helpful helping pick me out a new mod, specific to my preferences, through online communication. We don't have a car or a way to get off the Disney property without a huge headache because we have too many kids. They helped facilitate a courier picking up my order and delivering it to me at the resort. Such a great experience and really saved me from quite a bit of pain and suffering, which translated to my family not having to endure me in the condition I would be in without any N for 3 days. This is a great store, and here is why. The store is immaculate, clean inside and out, well lit, and have awesome inventory and prices, but there is one more thing that makes this place so great. His name is Ziriab, and he is the most friendly, upbeat guy in this whole city. Always smiling and trying to make your day just as happy. The service was so good I came back a few times during my trip here. Yes, there are other vape shops in the city, but none will give you the deals and service you get here, and that is my personal guarantee.
