We are regular shoppers here for DVDs and jigsaws mostly… Today I purchased a 100 XL piece jigsaw for my brother only to get home and discover only 27 pieces in the box. So disappointing. I drove all the way back to the store and explained the situation and was point blank told there were no refunds. I completely appreciate their policy, however to have 73 pieces missing from a 100 piece jigsaw is just completely unfair and unacceptable, and they should make exceptions for these situations. I was told I should have checked the contents of the box, but how on earth am I supposed to check the pieces of a jigsaw, let alone with the box being sealed shut with tape? This wasn’t about getting a refund, but the principle of the matter, and as much as I explained how totally unfair this was, I was point blank told there was no refunds, and of course, no Manager in today! Hugely disappointing and unacceptable. Terrible terrible service. Oh, and shame on the person who donated a 100 piece jigsaw with 73 pieces...

Worst thrift store ever . Last time I went I was asking a question on where a specific category was and the worker stared at me and brushed past me so I thought she wanted me to follow her , and when I did follow her to the next isle she yelled “go go” !!… and this morning I went in again to see if there was any goodies and put the past behind I picked up an old fixer upper statue ornament and as I went to go check out the girl with stars on her face rung it out and accused me of switching the tags ??And I’ve never felt more embarrassed than in that moment Mind you it was a 15$ tag for a the statue- and she ripped it off , called her coworker and blamed me of stealing so an elderly woman stood up for me and said ‘it’s a cheap 15 dollar ornament how much more could it be” so they all went and the other similar pieces were $5 , $7 ,$3 so when they saw the original prices they then said they’d charge me the 15$ . This place is amazing for my purse addiction! But I’ve also found the cutest tops and shoes at great prices - especially if you find things with the right color tags. As someone who NEVER carries cash it can be a little annoying it’s cash only but I’ve gotten in the habit of making sure I have cash on me when I know I want to go in. My only complaints (which is why I gave it 4 stars) is the lack of open cashiers at times, especially when there’s a long line. There’s usually only one register open, maybe two if you’re lucky. Also, no dressing rooms. Considering there’s no returns or exchanges it’s very frustrating there isn’t somewhere to try stuff on. I never buy any type of pants from here, and the tops I get I try on over my clothes; but for someone like my daughter, who is very high anxiety, she gets very flustered at this concept and will just choose to not get anything.
