UPDATE 2/5/25: This place has been steadily pissing me off ever since they switched management. Had I known that there was going to be a new company taking over right after we moved in, I would not have moved in here. The other reviews mentioning CONSTANT work being done on the buildings are correct. It's insanely annoying and not even necessary nor does it improve the property at all. The crews consistently manage to block my car in with their equipment or trucks (and this has happened for jobs where it was not required to move our vehicles) and the work they do is half-a**ed. They painted our balconies and missed entire sections. The parts they did paint were not cleaned off so they painted over dirt, they also put way too much paint on that the paint is literally crying down the walls of the entire patio it's ridiculous. They claimed to be redoing the balcony wall and all they did was put a piece of plywood OVER the old balcony and painted it... like we couldn't replace the whole thing?? Don't even get me started on the utility bills. There's no way we use close to $200 worth of utilities. I've requested the itemized bill from the office before to see how they were divvying the bills between units and received guess what: no response. They recently announced that they are taking away the Amazon package lockers (which was one of the main reasons I moved in) and that finally reminded me to update this review and warn people from moving into this place. I heard it used to be great with the old management and I wish we could've experienced that for more than 2 weeks. Now all I'm doing is hoping I can break my lease and move somewhere else because the last thing I want to do is stay until the end of the year with these people. I didn't sign my lease with them and never agreed to all this BS they're subjecting us to. I'm usually very easy going and can get over a few annoying things management can do, but even this is beyond my capacity, especially for what I'm paying them.
OLD REVIEW: I do wish we were told upon move in that a new management team would be taking over less than a few weeks after we moved. That was probably the fault of the last management company for not saying anything. However the new company so far has been responsive to our needs for the most part. We had an issue with our pet rent being charged in the switch but it was resolved within a few days (although the customer service experience could’ve been better). Our maintenance requests get answered in pretty good time. I actually really enjoy the maintenance team so far they’ve been very helpful and nice to talk to when they come to fix something. There’s been one opportunity so far to win free rent at a small party they had and i hope that’s a theme they follow as that would help a lot. I will say i’m glad we snagged our place before the switch because the rent shot up a lot but that’s to be expected i suppose. Our utilities seem quite high just for 2 people living in the unit so I can’t say for sure how they’re measuring that.. As for the unit build itself, everything is comically short. If you’re 4’11” then it’s perfect for you! i myself struggle quite a bit with it. We have a non renovated unit and maybe that affects it but I think the renovated ones only affect the appliances so just take that with what you will. Overall, we’ve been here for about a month and it hasn’t been the worst experience so I’ll take the win where I can. If anything changes for the better or worse I will update...

This review pertains to the new property management company Trinity and current office manager Mariela as of August 2024. Any positive reviews prior to this date reflect the old management, who were far more competent and reliable. Unfortunately, the current management is inept, indifferent, and utterly unprofessional (all the recent 5 star reviews are very obviously biased and conflict of interest from the management personnel affiliates)
The property has become unsafe and unbearably loud, with criminal neighbors and constant, non-essential construction occurring six days a week, including holidays, starting as early as 7 a.m. (and a “courteous” 9 a.m. on Christmas Eve).
The last 4 months • Neighbors keeping me awake until 3 a.m. nightly. • Repeated police involvement with 6 police reports filed. • Daily emails and documented complaints (over 25 instances) sent to management and even more over phone and in person as well
Despite all this, the office manager Mariela repeatedly failed to take action. After months of calling and going in and being told "Hopefully it gets better." Is when I started sending emails and documenting incidences as well as police reports. After months I was told by Mariela the problem neighbors were being evicted, only to find out on the scheduled eviction date the office manager Mariela admitted she made a mistake on the paperwork, resulting in an additional 30 to 45-day delay. Worse still, I was offered the option to move into another apartment at my own expense as a “solution.”
The following day, the manager Mariela contradicted herself, claiming no mistake was made, lied to my face and insisting on more “evidence,” despite having received videos, documents, and police reports repeatedly over several months
At one point, the problematic neighbors were raided by SWAT, arrested, and jailed for two weeks—yet the office manager’s response remained the same: “Hopefully, they’ll be gone soon.
On top of the safety concerns, the property has been plagued by ongoing cosmetic exterior construction for over four months, including hammering and sawing on Saturdays and holidays. These projects are not functional or essential but are purely surface-level aesthetic “improvements.”
Management has entered apartments three times in four months, often with: • Improper notice (via email instead of posted notice). • Backdated notices posted less than 24 hours before entry, violating legal requirements.
This property has deteriorated rapidly under the new management. What was once a place I loved has become unsafe, mismanaged, and deeply frustrating to live in. I no longer feel secure in my home, and I am counting down the days until I can submit my 30-day notice.
Do yourself a favor: Avoid this place entirely. It’s not worth the stress, disruption, or safety risks.
Update: they called about the review but only to question about if I'm putting in my 30 days but failed to ever call me back before or address any of the other on going issues and...
Read moreMoved in 3/24/21. Terrible experience this far. Gettimg a hold of someone in office is nearly impossible even when actually going in. See they have Temps working and no real staff. My dryer has been broken for 2 weeks and the excuse is they don't have maintenance. $1500 and no pool, gym just reopened with 3 peraon cap, and I finally get one email back today literally saying sorry and that they won't be contacting me or any tenants for a week. Jennifer payne even refused to address my questions of compensation for my dryer not qorking for 2 weeks and the constant trash buildup at my front door. The "service" and "management" or rather lack thereof is absolutely appalling and im definitely weighing my options about living here. They have no respect for tenants and no human decency it seems. So far I would say I will not recommend this place to anyone. Its simply not worth it. It is now 7/24/2021 and I just want to update this review by saying that my dryer still doesn't work. I was even called and told they would come yesterday and fix it and no one ever came. Nothing has been done about any issues I bring to the office's attention and whats worse im ignored. And yet they expect me to pay full rent? If you are considering these apartments please do yourself a favor and reconsider. I want to add another update. 1/27/22. I am currently in the process of gathering all the information and evidence I have to easily show and prove the neglect mine and other tenants HOMES aka, Stoneridge Apartments, in court. The balcony above my patio where I amd my daughter have spent countless hours under was rotted and no one informed me. I did not know til the day the workers came and they said and I quote "I'm glad we did this one first. This is bad. Real bad." Also over heard and may have on recording "come hold this up so we don't die" and " my hand went right through! (the wood)". I was told I was rude when I confronted the office and when I received a call back I was told I was rude again by makayla the property manager, who openly admitted that she has worked here less time than I have lived here. She says they are doing their best and she lives here too and deals with it too. They have 2 mataimance technicians and no supervisor she told me over the phone last night as an excuse to why things don't get fixed. Why should us tenants be responsible when we already pay ridiculous prices for rent?? I fully plan on getting this resolved. Please look me up on Facebook and reach out if you would like to offer or hear more information. It's not the place or location it's the management or rather lack thereof that is the issue. The disregard and disrespect and neglect of their tenants and their basic human rights is disgusting. The fact that I get a response from stoneridge on this review on 2/4/2022 is hilarious and just further proves my point of the incompetence and negligence of this "property...
